Hi On 18 March, I was involved in an accident in De Bron due to speeding and reckless driving. A Rotocon company driver, Marc Morta, drove into the back of my car and wrote it off completely. I cannot afford a new car, and without my vehicle, I cannot work — my car is my livelihood. Meanwhile, he will likely have another company vehicle and be back at work tomorrow. What about me? I’ve also suffered a concussion, and now I’m left without income or transport. This situation feels incredibly unfair.
I asked absa to open a savings account for which they did. I'm under debt review so cheque account is closed. I get money paid I to cheque's account every month which I ask absa to transfer to my capitec all statements ID was sent. But yet no one helps I have to fight every single month to get money paid over and I can't understand why!!!!! I asked 25th of April it's now 7th of May I want to cry. 860721 0413 08 8 need money now!
This is not the first time we have been to spur and received terrible service. Cold food, waitress have no manners just put food down. No specials get explained. Feel like it they just want us in and out. Staff are shouting to one another. Food plating is awful just chucked on the plate.
I am under debt review so my absa account is closed but I get money in it every month transferred to capitec But every month it's a struggle no help wait 2 to 3 weeks No one calls to open another account not to struggle. Tried of struggles
I made a double payment in error. I was refunded some of my money not all I pay R6000 a month got R4500 back still awaiting african bank R790 but people are so stupid they don't understand I still short my refund. How angry I am dealing with people who work with money but can't calculate.

I asked absa to transfer money from absa to capitec which they did on 30th of January guess what today is the 8th of Feb it's still not reflecting. Absa tells me to wait. How long do you wait it's been 7 working days. Absa *****s from clients no help nothing just wait how long absa how long
Good Day I will now be taking this further as I went to Bellville labor department to change bank details in November last year and nothing has been changed. Why why why I have proof of details change but still has not changed
So I upgraded to get my daughter a phone. Ram courier called once I wasn't there I said delivery next day please only for them to send package back. Now I must wait a month before I get the phone. Yes quick to take money but never quick to assist customers. I've been with vodacom for years but now I want everything canceled
