TAKEALOT services is getting worse by the order
I’m extremely disappointed. My last 2 orders were mishandled—first, I ordered a router and received a hairdryer (took 2+ weeks to fix). Now, my air fryer order was cancelled after a week due to no stock. I want my refund paid back to my bank account, not as credit. This is unacceptable, and I won’t be shopping with Takealot again.

STEALING YOUR MONEY
They charge you for delivery and then you still have to pay addtional delivery charges . Not taxes or levies more delivery charges , how can you you pay for delivery charges twice ??

Suzuki after sales services *** !!!
Never buying a bike from these guys again ... my bike has been standing now for 2 weeks and it has taken them this long to realise the spare they ordered is not in stock in Japan so now they trying to find another spare ..if i had not phoned when would they have goten back to me and now its atleast another 2 weeks with out my bike cause they dont have spares for any part on my bike in this country , they were happy to sell me the bike and take my money .. been riding Suzuki for years and years , this is the last one i will ever buy !!!! Its my only transport and the bike is only 4 years old !!! totally rubbish after sales services . the guy on the phone was very nice and very polit and understanding but i am sorry that is not solving the problem .

STAY AWAY
Be careful dealing with this company , they cant keep to the promised advertised delivery dates , it will be with you on Friday , in my case 2 Fridays later ad nothing !!! and then if you ask for a refund they want to charge you a 35% handling fee !! ( which is not legal )

ZERO service
Have been waiting for over a month for a refund . for items i paid for that have not been delivered . Refund was promised 3 weeks ago !!
