New Mitel phone system setup. Every week a problem. Every week a bill sent to fix their system that doesnt work. Constant bad quality calls. Constant dropped calls. Never any feedback from them. Avoid them only going to cost you time and mondey

worst isp i have ever dealt with, poor to no connection, days to fix issues, their call centre never picks up and their social media support are unhelpful with stroppy frustrating answers, go check this link, well i cant cos my internet doesnt work. worst isp of 2019 for sure

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I reported my line down on the 4th of January, It is now the 4th of February and still it has not been fixed. I phone and complain and get told basically nothing they cant tell me when a technician is going to come or if they do its at a time where I pysically cannot be at home. I find it amazing that when I had the line installed the technician was easilly reachable but these guys who do the fixes seem impossible to contact.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also live basically on top of the exchange I see the telkom guys going in and out all the time but still cant get help ???</p> <p> </p> <p>Spoke to Lungile some sort of "Manager" he promised that I would get a technicain today *Saturday* after I told him I cant be home Friday. Hi I previously posted a compliment on the friendliness and efficient service I received in store. Issue now is I was quoted 2-4 working days on a fix, I handed my phone in on the 23rd of April, it is now the 6th of May, 7 working days later, I have been told they are awaiting a main board and they cannot give me an ETA on when the part will arrive, If you sell the product surely their should be parts readily available... I am being highly inconvenienced and would like this matter resolved urgently and an ETA as to when I can expect to have my phone back. My service order number is 4165577027
Went to the service center by 14th avenue, from the moment I stepped in got quick and friendly service. Was really impressed by the staff at this service center, the shop was full and they got to me really quickly, explained everything they were doing and left me in a great mood even though i had to book my phone in. This was my first issue with a samsung device and i was a bit weary, but Samsung service is amazing from my experience. Keep up the good work.
