Thank you Zandile Khunou
Pineapple helped me settle a car claim after an accident led to it to be written off. The start was very rough with one agent not communicating and seeming to misplace my documents. My claim was later handed over to Ms Zandile Khunou. When we finally got everything on track Ms Khunou’s professionalism was exceptional and what made it even more special is how polite and courteous she was in handling our calls and email exchanges. Ms Khunou finally helped close my claim having paid the bank what was due to them with no hustle. During a really rough and difficult time Ms Khunou’s gentleness and determination to help me with my claim helped me to resolve the trauma of the car incident.

Best KFC in Joburg
This review is for KFC Sandridge Shopping Centre, in Midrand. This is by far the best KFC franchise I’ve ever experienced. Even since I moved to Midrand in 2017 and started using it, this franchise has been consistent in delivering great quality service and great quality food. The staff is efficient and very friendly. The taste of the chicken,etc., here is unmatched with other KFC’s around Joburg. I’m not sure how you get it so right all the time, but do keep it up and continue shining above the rest. Thank you!

Rotten eggs
I purchased 15 jumbo eggs with a barcode: 6009800351170. These are wrapped in plastic, so I only discovered when I got home that 4 eggs were cracked. Then later discovered that only two were fresh and the rest were rotten. I enjoy this brand a lot and this is my first time experiencing this with Nulaid. I’m obviously disappointed and would like assistance with reparation.

Rosebank Mall Tbash terrible service
Good day, Lunch time today (29 June 2023) my colleague and I went to the Rosebank Mall branch to get some of my favourites. I was serviced by T’bash and I’m afraid the service was repulsive. We were first not received courteously and was not friendly at all throughout placing our orders. He went on to give me a cold hot-chocolate. After telling him that it’s a sit in, he made us collect our food from the counter. Which has never happened to me ever since I started visiting the cafe brand back in 2015. He however was able to bring other guests’ food to their table with no issue. Such service is distasteful and I will never visit this branch again. You don’t know how to treat customers, change the attitude, perhaps you can learn a thing or two from the Calswald Lifestyle Centre branch in Midrand.

Bitter cleaning
Frustrating and disappointing service. I requested a service for basic cleaning, the bathroom was not cleaned properly (shower, skirtings, floor, blinds) and they used my broom and broke it. Also, I didn't understand why they asked me for MY vinegar to clean the shower door when they are expected to bring their own cleaning agents to do the cleaning. When they came to finish the bathroom and replace my broom, I was charged for it! I regret ever contacting this company for cleaning my house. I will never do business with Skitterblink again!

BabySoft not as “soft” it’s now BabyRough
BabySoft toilet paper is not as soft as it used to be. It’s texture is rough now. And unfortunately it feels like no-name brands. The quality is frustrating for the cost price of this product! I would like a substitute of the 18 pack I bought now. Extremely disappointed.

Excellent service
This is a report to acknowledge excellent service I received from Sechaba Segoete. I had called in to enquire about the current value of my car. ..His assistance was elaborate and very courteous. He really went an extra mile for me. ..such great work deserves equal reward.
