Disgusting!!! Not only did they reduce the size of their ciabatta by about 25% but also increased the price by 17 %!!! The Portuguese milktarts was also reduced substantially. Customers beware😡😡😡

SHOCKING EXPERIENCE!!
The worst online experience ever!!!!!!! Ordered a jumper cable but after TREE WEEKS have not received it.!!!!! Pathetic. Quick to start sending spam and emails but NO action. Also the amount paid and invoiced amount is not the same!! The quicker they close this shop down the better. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PATHETIC ENTITY

Untrustworthy FNB
After lodging a complaint against FNB they responded with two emails that "the HIGH Priority complaint no 2244569 will be attended to within 24-48" !!!! Guest what ..... 4 DAYS later and I'm still await a response.!!!!!!! I think its time that the world be made aware that FNB hve changed their slogan to How can we NOT help you!!!!!!

FNB is pathetic!!
The "How can we help you" from FNB is the hollowest payoff line you'll experience!!! Once you have joined the bank your frustrations begin. For three months and running I have tried to have 7 issues resolved!!!! Visits to branch and HQ in Fairview have not helped. DO NOT phone the call centre or CUSTOMERSCARE. Not answered, long hold on, and if they all but sense you get less than patient the phone will be put down in your ear!!!

PATHETIC SERVICE by DSTV
The Dstv Agency in PTA (Water Glen Center) is a disgrace. The attitude of the "manager" Avinesh is appalling. No wonder the staff is hopeless and arrogant. 4 visits ( 6hrs in total) and the faulty decoder is still faulty. Promised of replacement of unit, that I'm willing to buy if the are willing to order stock, is not fulfilled. The contact no is not answered and the reply of " You are welcome to drive to Randburg so typify the %$#@ service. DSTV HAVE BECOME FAT CATS!!!
