I am so disappointed in this business. They are ****mers! I app**** for a loan and completed the paperwork they sent me. An insurance amount of R1850 was required which I paid. Thereafter they said I need to pay an additional amount of R1700 for lawyer fees, which was not discussed prior to me signing the paperwork or paying the R1850. Now they say I can't get my money back my R1850! This is a total ****.
For the past month and a half my dad has been going back and forth with the very unprofessional consultants at MFC regarding lowering his monthly payment. He asked for the recording of conversation related to the contract signed, its been over a week and we're still waiting! He signed a contract to pay R5120,42 monthly amount for 72months to pay off R370182,24. Now he's paying R6100? Now MFC wants him to R6200.07 for 72 months which makes total payment approximately R453533,07!? I hope someone can quickly look into this because it is comes unacceptable especially how he keeps receding the same emails from consultants that offer no help! This is daylight robbery! It is unacceptable. This is so frustrating because clearly MFC wants to deduct yet the same amount which my dad can't afford before they do anything!
My patience has really grown thin with this company. I sent an email on the 14th of June 2022 till today I have no response as they said their prioritizing my query. I signed up with Mining City last year August. I was promised to make profit daily. Till today the only profit I've made is only R1800. Mining City has breached our agreement I want my money back. I can even deduct that R1800 so we part ways. I have clearly been scammed. I want my money back!
Goodday It's 3 days now my parents' DSTV has been switched off. Smart card number 7035546179. Serial number S041839041. My mom and brother spoke to a very rude consultant Ayanda who initailly said there was a compact that is was linked to this account wich was false. Then she changed as said its because payment made late night on the 27th only refelected on the 28th Jan 2022. So its my parents fault and they must pay now R95 for reconnection. Does MultiChoice not have a payment grace period? The treatment my family received is horrible. My parents are fully paid up. Please update on your end so they are reconnected. Thank you Nolizwe
My mom called OutSurance for a qoute for the new car my dad was buying and about a week so later, on the 10th of December 2021 an amount of R188,04 was deducted from her account. The consultant that authorized this transaction even though she explained the quote is not hers, shes just making an enquiry, is Rhulani. Apparently he said he can't give a qoute without bank details...? She contacted OutSurance to understand why she was debited and spoke to another consultant Brian, no help. She spoke to consultant Katlego and his manager. The manager said he'd call her back, never did. I've sent various emails to OutSurance and no one has responded. I'm really disappointed at the treatment we've received because the amount is so small to OutSurance.
I called in to cancel my policy and Edwin convinced me that its best to take a lower payout at a lower premium instead. It made sense so I kept my policy. Edwin is very professional, calm with a great sense humor. Great to talk too. Keep him happy! Lol
