I have been a keen customer with Checkers sixty food delivery, Klerksdorp. I have placed a order ended up to R2 000. Food stuff were not in stock and after cutting down on replace the item or order I ended up with the value of R450. It made me cancelled the whole order. It was never like that. What is going on?
My S20 cellphone had a damage screen. I took it in to a the cell phone repair store for a screen change to the cost of R5 500. I was assured by the store owner that the new screen was a original Samsung screen, that is why it was that expensive. The screen was changed. The following day a realized that my screen started to change color and eventually completely shut down after it showed disturbance on the screen. The following morning I went back to the same shop whereby the owner refused to reimburse me with either a new screen and I even told the guy I will meet him half way with the cost 50/50. Each guy pay R2750.00. This happened after the owner told me that the screen was overheated when I went to another shop for the gel liquid screen protector after this guy tried to place a screen protector on the new screen. After the second attempt and with a spare screen protector, I went for the liquid gel type at another shop. I replace the screen again to the cost of R5400 as well as the liquid gel type screen protector, at this shop and was told by the cell phone technician that the failed screen was a refurbished Chinese screen and that the screen was not a original Samsung screen. I went back to the shop owner to confront him about this who then pull up his shoulders.
It is really perthitic to see to what extent the Matlosana Municipality did allow infra structure to be destroyed to an extent that it will cost a fortune to repair again! The Korfball/Netball, Jukskei, halve of the Jukskei tracks paving has been removed and never replaced as well as the ring tennis infrastructure has been looted and badly destroyed and has been left like this for years. This is what the Director of parks George Hunter Morebodi 018 4878018 left behind for so many years after numerous complaints. The courts has been destroyed, the clubhouse has been been destroyed, urinals' and toilers has been destroyed as well as the shower facilities. Why can these facilities not be fenced off, rebuild and protected. This is completely unfair towards our community! There are two massive fresh water leaks at these buildings for the last 2 years and nothing gets done about it....how is this possible after so many reports? Who is paying for this water wastage This is exactly the facility the young people needed to develop themselves in this type sport, to reach the top in sport and can end up in the Olympics. It will also be a source to develop children and keep them off the street! Did we now just give up on our community or can something be done about this. There are people in positions that are responsible for this, earn a big salary and nothing gets done about this. Not fair at all!
Just in short. There is a brand new tendency that is start happening. KFC is not a drive through anymore but rather order, make your payment and go wait in the parking lot, we will bring the food to your vehicle while other customers get served with the same outcome. Change the name or the standard to tell people in advance that KFC is not a drive through like in the past where you pay and at the next counter you collect your order. Then people like myself will know. At the moment KFC in advertising under false intentions because of this self made changes. It was never said that you have to "WAIT" in the parking lot while your order get prepared. Something is seriously wrong!
I went to builder warehouse, Klerksdorp to buy paint whereby the person told there were non in stock. I told him to have a check on the system. The system showed 2x20L of paint is available, exactly what I was looking for. The sales person then told me that the system is not correct he has been to the store a couple of day ago, the paint I am looking for is not there. No alternative help to say he can order the paint or look at a another branch. Nothing. I left the store. I did not trust the help and rather see it as laziness. My wife return the following day with the same demand and the 20L paint was available. This type of behavior is not good for business. I have found all there info on google and decided to phone the branch, what a disaster, the phone keeps on ringing, you listen to this computer nonsense all the time to my cell phone cost. I held the line for 10 minutes without success. Not good for business. Furthermore, if looking for something, you can wonder through the shelves looking for something, there is no one to assist you, to guide you to find what you are looking for. Not good for business.
The monthly account from the municipality is so difficult to understand. If you overpaid you account there is no way that your credit is visible on the following month. The same goes for a debit if you paid to little. There is no clear indication to understand the amount you are behind. The same goes for your monthly payment. If i paid for example R1000.00. The specific amount of R1000.00 is not visible on the following months account so that i can see and be sure the specific amount is paid. Can the account statement please setup to be simple and understandable.
Diesel Generator Set Air cooled Model: JDP6000-LDEN Rated Power: 5Kw Rated Voltage: 220v Rated current: 22.7A I bought this Diesel Generator Set Air cooled from Adendorff Machinery Mart Klerksdorp back in 2015. The generator was basically never in use because I was working abroad, Guinea West-Africa. Now in 2020 returning to SA permanently I experience a problem with the generator just speeding up and not controlling, most likely the AVR, diesel pump or injector, it does not matter what. The point I want to make there is no, as in nothing after sales service. I cannot even get a normal diesel filter from Adendorffs. I understand the most likely they only sell goods, but at least have some company that look after you equipment that you sell. Refer me to someone which look after the equipment that you sell as a after sales opportunity. And so I passed five companies in Klerksdorp and cannot find a normal common diesel filter (no number on the filter) for this generator bought from Adendorffs and no direction to do repairs. This generator was sold to me with no problem buying it. My money was good and there was no shortage of money as I have paid the full amount When I bought the machine I was never told that there is no after sale service or any parts not available on this product, otherwise I would have never bought the machine. Common sense? Companies I have approached do not want to work on this machine because they struggle to get parts for this specific generator. I am really upset with myself as I feel I was miss lead in this transaction. I would like to know how can Adendorffs help me to overcome this problem.?
KFC on the N12 Klerksdorp is suppose to be a drive through facility, which it is not. You order your food, make the payment and then get told to go wait in the vehicle parking area because some of the food is not ready yet. We were told to wait the food will be brought to us. It did not happen as after a while we had to go back in the shop to go and collect our food ourselves. Is it possible to put a notice up beforehand to inform customers that some food will take longer than normal and therefore you need to park and wait. Is this then really a drive through?
A Defy fridge F790 DFF413 618LT S/S Mirror was bought on 20th April17. The sales person was M0 ********** bsm09 Mr KI Sehemo on account number 8178/007727/01. At the 5th April18 it was reported to House&Home at Potchefstroom mall where the Defy fridge was bought that the fridge just stopped working. The person assured us that they will send Defy out to our house to see to the problem. At the time of the failure we were not home and all meat and food stuff had to be dumped. The technician from Defy showed once and it was determined that the compressor failed. We talking about 1 year later, i have paid cash for the fridge at the time, a amount of almost R15 000.00. Up to date which is the 15th April we still waiting on Defy to fix there problem as they said they would. I have contact Defy myself and spoke to Eddie who said they will show up to fix the fridge which did not happen. My point is that House&Home is under the impression that there part has been done as they did report it to Defy to come and fix a sub standard piece of equipment which I have paid a load of money for. There is no follow up from House&Home towards us as the customer which is unacceptable. We are without a fridge for 10days now, is this fair. I would prefer getting a new fridge rather having this one repaired. Defy's service is just as bad as there product. This is the last Defy product bought by myself, all about poor service from both suppliers.
I have purchase a defy cooking set to the value of R13 797.00 on the 23-10-2014. I have waited 1 month for the arrival of the completed set with a lot of promises, and had to fight to get hold of the equipment eventually. The touch control Ceran hop failed to work at all after the fourth time of usage. When these items were purchased there was damage on the packing. It was brought under the intention by the floor manager at the time, who then assured me that at any time if anything is wrong the item will be exchanged.<br> On arrival with the cooking top at Game there was no interest of any kind to change the expensive top to the value of R4499.00 but rather be forced into a option of repairing the expensive equipment. Waiting time at least 21 days. In other words no cooking for at least 21 days. I feel this is unfair for the amount paid for the equipment and then to be forced into a repair. No go. I wanted a new piece. That was what I paid for. Not a repaired one. It means the equipment was at fault from the beginning. If this is the standard of Game they really need to relook the customer, business relationship. This is the last time myself will purchase anything from Game.<br> <br>
