Last night I experienced a problem with my car and called Audi Assist. I was helped by Melusi. He was very reassuring with his calm voice and clear instructions, which were exactly what I needed in that moment. He updated me studiously about every step, and though I know it was probably his job, he did not make me feel like an inconvenience or just another ticket to log. What a gem!
I always receive prompt and exceptional service from MiWay, and today was no different. Bonolo Selau was another shining example of efficient, professional and kind customer service. I have been a member for 3, almost 4 years, and with the kind of consistent customer service I receive, I will remain with them for many more years to come!

I am growing increasingly frustrated with the Mall of Africa branch/staff. On the 14th of August I bought a pedestal while at the store, I was told they did not have stock so I could either go to Pretoria (Menlyn) or get it from the warehouse. I decided to order it anyway and get it from the warehouse since I liked it that much. I was told it would be ready by the 17th of August and the store will call to confirm the pick up arrangements. I had no word from the branch till I decided to go to the warehouse on the 21st where I was told no pick up arrangements were made, furthermore, the furniture department was not open as they are not open on Saturdays. I called the branch and they said the order would only be ready 5 days after the purchase and that the instruction that I would get it on the 17th was wrong. I went back on Monday the 23rd and the guy who handled my handover asked me why I took long to collect it as it can be collected on the day of purchase, no waiting necessary. I received 3 different timelines from people who work for one company. Being sent from pillar to post was infuriated to say the least. I forgave and thought it was a once-off, everyone makes mistakes. Now today I went shopping for a few items and the staff would not let me get a trolley. I had to walk around carrying a box as it was too big to fit in the baskets. Then on my way up the escalators I noticed all the trolleys put away so customers could not access it. I walked past at least 6 staff members who watched me carry a box uncomfortably trying to do my shopping and they still refused to give me a trolley. To make things worse, I was stopped at the door and told I can’t use the push basket and had to carry my load with my hands. Only after I asked if they expected me to carry two bags and a box with my hands did they tell me to wait for 10 minutes while one staff member went to get a trolley in the parking ba*****t. This branch is closest to my home and I am increasingly becoming more inconvenienced the more I go there. I can’t accept that these subpar standards are what you’ve advised your staff to do. If you want names of people who did everything I mentioned, today it’s everyone in store as I was walking around for at least 30 minutes on both floors, it is impossible no one saw me carrying that box as I was everywhere.

I took my car 2016 Audi A1 for service in September in Audi Center Centurion and was shown the 2020 A1. I completed the paperwork and gave Elaine Prinsloo instruction on the specs that I wanted. I was very specific about the features and she seemed to understand what I wanted. I told her I was in no rush to get a car immediately as I still loved the model I had. She eventually found a car and I asked her repeatedly about changing the rims and she assured me every step of the way that she will change them. Once the car was delivered, before I picked it up, I asked her again and still said she will change them. I find out after the sale was concluded that she cannot make changes to the car once it's delivered to the dealership. I am told to pay R15 000 out of my own pocket for the rims I asked for repeatedly and still have to pay for tyres on top of that! I still have not received an apology from Elaine for misleading me and her error on my order. She and her manager Bob Naiker gave me radio silence while their finance team also failed to give me feedback after running a second credit check in an attempt to cancel and reissue a new contract. My credit score is in shambles. Bob starts yelling when I express my frustration with his team and in conclusion tells me there's nothing he can do now. I am put off completely by this experience. I will never buy another Audi again, this being the second dealership to give me subpar service.
I signed a debit order mandate in September 2019 to settle an account over 12 months. They have continued to deduct funds from my account and refuse to refund me my excess monies and provide me with a paid up letter and reason for their refusal. I sent emails enquiring why they continue to deduct funds and close my query without explaining!
Ramsy handled my insurance query with stellar professionalism and attention to detail. I felt that my questions were handled quite well while she remained polite through the entire call. Truly a pleasure.
I called in on Friday (16 October 2020) to arrange for the tracking device to be moved from my old car to a new car on Monday (19 October 2020). The agent said the unistallation has been logged and I'll receive a call on Saturday to book the installation into the new vehicle. Nobody showed up for the unistallation and had to take the car in yesterday for the trade in. I spent 2 hours calling Cartrack before and after the trade in to find out how they're going to get the divice from the old vehicle for reinstallation but was transferred from one department to another. The scheduling department would ring for 6 minutes then cut off. I'd have to dial back in again and get shuffled all over again. I haven't been using their services for a month and already I'm regretting signing up.
