Very bad service at Game Wonderpark, which is serviced by Wumdrop. Drivers do not want to deliver to Centurion, so they keep sending the goods back to the store and lying that I cannot be reached. Goods were ordered over a week ago. It was returned twice to the store with the reason being that I cannot be reached. The Drivers are lying because no-one tried calling me. I also was in contact with the one Driver via whatsapp and sent him the access code to get to my house. He read it but did not reply, but told the store that my phone was off.
I have been with this company for one week and I'm already regretting it. I signed up for their services last week and a service provider was sent on the same day to do the installation (within +-2 hours). The Beame showed signal at first, but then stopped working. I've logged a call and still waiting for it to be fixed. Getting through on the phone takes forever. So they are quick to get you on board, but after support is very bad.
There is no 24 hour support for the prepaid electricity. The system is offline currently and the support phone is not being answered. Even though its 02h45, there should still be 24 hr support, especially if the problem is on your side.
Don,t Purchase from here!!!! They have absolutely pathetic service I have purchased shoes online, but I still did not receive my order. Tried contacting them, no response. Rather use Reputable online stores like Superbalist.
I changed my fibre package from R699 (20mb) to R449 (25mb) 2 months ago. I was paying the old rates, when the new packages were cheaper. The new billing was fine for the 1st month, and then it went back to R699. Sales dept. changed it back to 25mbs but my billing is still incorrect. I called the billing dept and they said a fault has been logged and I must wait for them to call me. Logged a fault, and I get calls but keep getting cut off. Really struggling with Telkom right now.
Hi I'm really ****ed off with Discovery. I was not aware that we have to consult a virtual doctor first before going to a physical doctor. Now Discovery will not pay my claim. Please show me when this change was communicated to the members. I only saw something relating to support for KZN and affected areas, but no where does it mention that Discovery will not pay if we don't do a virtual consultation first.
Trying very hard to close my account but Edgars doesn't want to help and I can understand why. Very unethical practices at this organisation, forcing clients to stay on and pay the stupid monthly charges, but that's not gonna work. Apart from closing this account, I'm never gonna buy from this place ever again.
I was a victim of fraud and could not get through to the MTN call centre. Emails to customer care and their fraud department were also not answered. Eventually after 5 days I got a reply from my comment on their facebook post. Gave them all the details and MTN does nothing to the perpetrators, except for caution me not to share OTP's anymore. One of the reasons the fraud occurred is because the MTN call centre is off duty, so there is no one to contact in an emergency. I've given them all details and nothing is done - the numbers used are not blocked so the fraudsters are free to continue with their scheme.
Terrible service at Grand West Casino. Cashier behind the counter was socialising with 2 men for over 10 minutes while I waited behind them. Then another family comes and gets served before me by another cashier that just came from the back. Only then I realised that the 2 guys weren't even buying anything. I too didn't order anything and just walked away. Won't be going to Debonnairs for a long time.
I stayed at the Garden Court in East London on the night of 21/12/2017. An altercation occurred in the car park during the night between some people during which my right fender and door was kicked in and side mirror pushed in. I noticed this the next morning and security said they didn't see anything. The Duty Manager Sylvia also mentioned that she couldn't see anything from the CCTV footage, which did cover the area of damage. This brings the integrity of hotel management into question, because they are quite clearly hiding something, as well as the efficiency and competence of the car park security, because an altercation of such a kind should have been seen and reported.
