Good Day I settled the account on the 3rd Nov 2025, and I was told the account was closed on the 16th Nov 2025. I was told that an update was done to the credit bureau but that is not the case, my credit report still shows adverse listing. This has a very negative impact on me as a consumer in order to have employment. Can you please resolve this matter truthfully to update the credit bureau to remove this? Report here attached reflects the listing, to open the report use my ID No. Can I request to have this done and resolved as soon as possible?
I am writing to express my strong disappointment with the level of service I have received regarding the renewal of my tyre warranty cover. On 25 September 2025, I responded to a notification regarding my tyre warranty expiry and requested a renewal. Unfortunately, I did not receive any acknowledgement or feedback. I subsequently sent four follow-up emails, after which I finally received a response from Thulani, who noted my inquiry — but no further action was taken. I later received communication referring me to Peggy Khumalo for assistance. Despite following up with her twice, I have yet to receive any response. In an attempt to resolve the matter, I called your offices and was transferred multiple times — first to the sales department, then between several individuals — before being left on hold until my call was dropped. I called again today, 21 October 2025, and once again I was transferred repeatedly (three times in total), only to be left on hold for over 30 minutes while waiting for the person responsible for ABSA Tyre Warranty renewals. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of accountability, responsiveness, and basic customer care from Innovation Group is unacceptable — particularly for a client simply requesting a renewal. I request that this matter be escalated urgently to a senior representative who can assist me with finalising my tyre warranty renewal without any further delays.
Pineapple insurance insures my car BMW 2023 220i 2 Series, comprehensive option, with a car hire option. During the uptake for this option I specifically say, please put me on a car option same or similar as my car. Which it was agreed and I have been paying my premiums. Now that a need arise for my car hire. Pineapple gives me an a suzuki car and they tell me that's the options they have only. However when I was taking this policy I was not told this. Now it makes me wonder how honest this insurance is. They insure a BMW car with car hire insurance, for like-for-like car class. However when I need the car, they change the story. How unfair is this to me as a client? Let alone spending over 230 minutes calling them. A lady called Lucia was quite rude and dismissive to me. Thabang my claims consultant never returning my calls, nor attending or answering my email.
Innovation Group authorized my tire claim for R10,000, TWT Midrand replaced one tire for R6200, and I was left with R3800 credit. TWT Midrand refused to assist me utilize that credit somewhere else in another TWT later, since I am no-longer in Joburg. They continued to play delay tactics for me for over a year now. I have a need to have a tire Service at TWT Umhlanga, however TWT Midrand refuse to get this done, putting myself and my car at huge dangerous risk. I am disappointed with this kind of treatment.
This insurance keeps sending my car to BMW Sandton Approved repair centre, even after I told them about the lack of service here. I have taken my two BMW cars to Sandton BMW Approved repair Centre twice for each, starting 2022, in different occasions. My BMW X1 was repaired so poorly, I returned the car twice back again, but nothing changed, so much that the work done on it was not even uploaded on the BMW site, as a result when I had to trade it, all BMW dealerships struggled to take my car. I then eventually got myself the new generation 2 series brand new car, I took it to BMW Sandton approved repair centre, first for a mirror, it was returned with mirror indicators not working, I sent it back again in order for them to fix this. I then sent it in for a scratch in my front bumper, the car was given back to me with no sensors, no park assist, safety features that u basically buy the car for all faulty now. I have told my insurance numerous times not to take my car to BMW Sandton repair centre, but they do not give me a choice. BMW Sandton approved repair centre has no required skills to repair these cars, I do not know how were they approved, they can't do a simple job right first time, you have to return your car two to three times. If you love your BMW Car and know what's good for you, don't you ever consider your car to be at BMW Sandton approved repair centre. They have an appalling service, except the receptionists though. SAMBRA, CRA, SAIA, MIOSA and BMWSA why are our consumers not protected against such businesses who seek to provide substandard work?

The worst service ever experienced to book an accommodation in this hotel, after paying them, there is a person called Hoosein Shaik, who ignores my emails, even after I have sent payment, made several calls, and I am not getting any joy. My accommodation booking date is approaching but this hotel has no care to reply to my emails, even after a payment was done, in November 20th, today it's been over 23 days since I paid this hotel and they do not reply nor send confirmation of my booking.
I settled my car in 2022 and received my Natis documents and everything, but this bank started calling me from January 2023 telling me to pay my account it's in arrears. I've reported this several times to them, requesting them to refrain from harassing me for a vehicle account that I paid off.
I am disbelief oh how insurance staff does not care nor pay any attention to prejudice they put me under. My claim has been going on for Two Months now. They assign my car to be fixed by a very negligent panelbeater BMW Sandton Approved. My car was returned to me with no glass mirror due to negligence of their ordering system, they order mirror housing without the actual glass mirror in it. I am put at risk of driving a car without mirror, They have messed up the sensors, they are not working They have messed up the hazards lights on the mirrors, they are not working. The Insurance is not coming back to me on the request of a car hire, so they can restore my vehicle to original state. Ursula was the worst first person who dealt with my claims, then moved to Mervin who is now not returning my calls nor emailing me about anything. I spoke to Austin Hoffman who said he is the customer service manager, who has been telling me the claims team will call me back. I am left stranded
