I have just be threatened with fingers on my face at Sasol garage, Midrand, Waterfall by an employee simply because I asked to be helped while she just ignored me. Very disappointed I use this petrol station often. Apparently she said she was busy and the urgument escalated to her coming over the counter to my face threatening to beat me up with her hands on my face. I like this because it should all be on camera and still contemplating if i should open a case against this person. The audacity of coming to my face from the other side of the counter just because she was angry that I asked why she was not helping me.
A fridge with scratches received and I emailed and called to be picked back and refund but it's been 9 months no help. Stuck with a fridge that is scratched. Their staff is so rude on the phone and email, the same day I received the fridge I emailed and next day called and I was told I must put the fridge back to its box so they can collect. How am I suppose to put the 223L fridge back on its box. I don't know if I should report this matter to the police or what because I have tried with Makro simple to get the fridge back and refund my money.
I ordered a fridge online which took even longer to deliver than the time they promised. It finally arrived after my food had already spoiled but with scratches. I have wrote an email and already frustrated that it will take another load of my food to be spoiled for them to now collect and deliver a fridge without scratches.
I had paid partial payment with Rain and when I want to pay the other half their system will not allow me and wants me to pay for the coming month which only due next month. My internet is off for days and no help from their customer service. They will tell you they don't have any turn around time to get back to you so I could take the whole year that one gets help. Horrible provider ever.Dont waste your money.You will be offline for days and no one cares to resolve your issue.The call center customer service are so rude even managers.I asked to be transferred to a manager and I was given a freind of a call center agent who also gave the same answer.SORRY WE DONT HAVE TURN AROUND TIME SO ANYTIME OUR PEOPLE WILL GET BACK TO YOU.THAT TIME YOU WILL BE BILLED FULL AMOUNT WHILE HALF OF THE MONTH YOU WERE WAITING FOR HELP AND OFFLINE
I received day and night calls from this people.I have told them time and time again its wrong number and they keep calling 10times a day with different numbers.
FNB failed a debit order while there is enough money so they charge you unpaid fee.I need this rectified and my money back because there was enough money on my business account.
FNB refuses to reverse my debit order,i have sent many fraud complains to them and no respond.It is almost 40 days since this unknown debit order happened and i will not stop here,they will take fully responsibility for my money. some stupid agent on their chat said they giving relieve funds for their clients that why they not doing reversals...FNB HAVE YOU EVER GIVEN ME YOUR RELIEF FUNDS????I NEED THAT DEBIT ORDER REVERSED EVEN AFTER 40DAYS BECAUSE YOU REFUSED TO DO IT ON ALL THIS DAYS.
Nelson Borman used their friendship with my business partner to rob me of my company money. myself and business partner Jacqui Craigg has an agreement on how we pay each other instead Norman Borman went behind my company to pay each other some debt which they owed each other with my business partner and has nothing to with my business. They actually took money from a different company to pay for their so called freind for her other business. No invoice provided of the monies taken,my company has no contract with them only used them to help with a property transfer but instead saw an opportunity to help their friend with another company's money. This people are cruel and steal from you and am sure they know because they are lawyers they easly win any case
I was at the Rivonia branch in Sandton on the 13th November due to two things which i was not helped for both. I have getting messages about my business account that some FICA documents missing and finally got a time to get there.Fisrtly the tellers are so incompitant that when you talk about anything about the business you have to tell them what to as they dont have an idea what you talking about,previously when i opened the trust account the teller did not even know what is a trust account had to explain where supervisor was called(Zimbambweni guy)who also just doesn't know about a trust only when the lady manager was called thats when i was finally helped. Anyway going back to my point being the emails about FICA documents missing. The guy who was helping me said on his system all is fine,I had to force him to phone head office which was also not much help,At first the lady on the phone said she *thinks* its because company shares not splitted and i asked again,she thinks?answer was yes if you want me to call again I will call. Second call,another person who said yes some documents missing but not sure which documents. I left the bank in anger as i was not helped and keep getting emails about my account to be closed for missing documents which no one knows or can tell which documents. On my way outside i used the bank line to call the call center myself,worse than it was inside,coloured lady kept on telling if I dont know my address he will not help me,I asked her to hold on while checking business addres when i got back she said i will transfer you to someone else.My call was transferred and dropped,I was so surprised that FNB has become the worse bank in SA different from my years ago experience. Secondly as stated before the tellers know nothing about business account .I needed a letter for estate agency confirming the struts account has been opened,same story.No one knows what am taking about,The suppose Supervisor guy just said mam we don't know what you talking about. I keep getting emails still that my account will be closed and no letter for estate agency.
