This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. For the past 3 years plus, I have been "trusting" and listening to these ****mers. I have not only lost a lot of money but also my trust in people who promise you the world but you must pay up. It has reached a state that I do not want to live any longer. I have lost too much. But they do not care about people. They just want to **** you out of every penny you have. Stay away from this company - you will lose more than you think! Bad bad bad
These people cannot be trusted. I receive continuous promises that this will be the last fee, and then I will receive my loan, which I have been waiting for more than a year. They just cannot be trusted. I am spending more money on paying fees as the amount that was approved. I just cannot continue any longer with these people and they do not want to cancel my loan and refund me.
Terrible company. Keep on asking for fees for a loan.... Then they become abusive and terrorise you with continuous messages. Cannot be trusted. ****mers
Citibank is running a **** when people apply for a loan. You must pay several fees and at the end you do not get your money back without paying fee upon fee. They cannot be trusted. Promise you everytime that this is the last fee just to learn that there is another fee. I am not getting my money back. They cannot be trusted.

After approval, they said that I must pay a initiation fee and this was the message: Please see the banking information below for the once-off loan approved amount and the R6, 980.99 disbursement fee. After verifying your payment, we will disburse your loan-approved amount as quickly as possible. Then, after I paid, come another e-mail and phone call instructing me to pay an insurance cover of more than R16,000 - that is impossible. After all, why does one apply for a loan? I requested them to cancel the loan and refund me the initiation fee. After several e-mails and messages to them they send me the following: Hello Marie, Your refund request is being processed, and it will be finished in a day or two. Please remember that in order to process and execute refund claims, there is an upfront service fee of 40%. We would like to let you know that it will take a few minutes for the entire refund amount to be released into your bank account after the 40% service charge has been fully paid. Please take note that we will only issue a refund to the bank account you used to make the original payment; we are unable to process payments from any other bank account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is necessary for security and verification purposes. Additionally, please ensure that you provide accurate and up-to-date bank account information to avoid any delays in receiving your refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If this is not unfair practice then I don't know. I get no feedback or answers from this company. I feel that I do not have a option than to lodge a complaint with the NCR where they are registered.</div>

Take note that I used the incorrect reference number I will appreciate if all calls can be terminated as it is becoming embarrassing and I find most of the callers aggressive Kindly confirm that this case is now closed and that my name is removed from your records. I keep on receiving calls although the payment was done and the proof sent to them numerous times.
Is the following fair? The following items was sold to one of my employees by Lewis stores in Hammanskraal. 1. Kelvinator 32L with fridge for R4,999.99 (price check ± R4,400) He paid R5,000 at a interest rate of 24% pa. Other costs included a initiation fee of R701.00; Additional charge of R500.00. Prinsipal debt was R6,201.07. At the end of his 36 month payments the fridge costed him R11,608.08. 2. Similarly he bought a Hisense 32 led TV for R4,999.99 in November 2017 with an interest rate of R23.75% pa. Total costs at the end of the term will be R13,071.60 Taking in consideration that he is a farm worker earning a little more than R3,000. I consider this to be a total rip-off and steeling from the poor unless I am provided with an explanation that justifies the exorbitant interest rate and additional charges debited. Thank you
Me and my grandchild visit Mugg and Bean in the Kollonade yesterday afternoon. 1. We both order drinks which was delivered fast. 2. We both wanted to order Chicken mayonnaise toast - respond from waiter "sorry but our chicken mayonnaise is finished" 3. My grandchild then ordered a scone - respond from waiter " sorry but we do not have any scones"+ 4. The waiter offered her a choc/chip ****in and she ask for additional cream 5. I ordered a Big Greek salad. After waiting for more than a half an hour I called the waiter and ask when can we expect our order. She ran back and informed me that they are still busy with the salad. I asked but what about the ****in? I mean that should be available immediately. 6. Then I requested her to cancel the order. Salad and the ****in. She said that she could bring both as take away. We said no thank you and that we would like to cancel as we were running out of time Well she insisted in bringing me the salad and I said ok but please do not bring the ****in. When the salad eventually was served, she asked me if I would like sauces. I replied yes, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. To my surprise she brought the olive oil but offered me worcester sauce as there were no balsamic vinegar available. Must say the salad was off and not at all something to eat for R94.90. And then, guess what? She did bring the ****in as a take-away!!!!!!!!! She brought the bill as well. R215.50 for a terrible old salad with no balsamic vinegar. She charged me for the ****in as well as the addition cream my grandchild requested. None of these were in the take-away!!!! We used to enjoy M&B Kollonade but will never set my foot in that restaurant ever. I paid and we left as I was not in a good mood and the scene would have been ugly.
