I would like to compliment the excellent customer service of Fadeelah Abrahams, who works at ABSA, Bank Premium Banker in Heerengracht branch in Cape Town. She welcomed me and my mother who is a new widow with a warm smile and was ready to assist us with what we came for. She was very professional with her work and explaining to us what we don't understand, we would recommend her at anytime. There are a few people like her she really deserves to be appreciated by her superiors. We then came back the following day for another service and she was glad to assist us again. Thank your to her professionalism.
<p>Hi, I am very impatient and very upset at the service Trafalgar Property Management the M5 branch in Maitland is giving me. I applied for a rental space at Phillipi Village Container Walk in February i submitted the forms and paid the deposit and 1 month rental amount of R 2 536.50 i went and signed the lease agreement on the 17th of February and Felicity Msebenzi was the one i was dealing with. On the same day i went to Phillipi Village for the key hand over but unfortunately the space that i got was not the one i was looking for. On Monday 20th i sent Felicity and e-mail and let her know about this, i got no response from her i had to call her and she advised me that she sent the e-mail for Leila Sadien to allocate me another container, I e-mailed Lelila and asked about the progress of another container, she replied back and advise that she has allocated container 85 and asked Felicity to do the necessary arrangements and that was on the 27th of February. I did not get any response from Felicity until i had to call her again on the 6th March and she advised me that that the container i was given has and extra cost which i had to pay to the amount of R456.00 so that she can re do the paper work and she also advise me that it was her last day she will do the hand-over someone else will take over. I paid that amount the same day and sent the proof of payment still waited for response that i did not get i had to do another follow up again on the 7th March Medina Manuel responded that they got my proof of payment and i will be advise about the adjusted documents shortly. On the 10th March i called Medina and asked her what was happening and she said she is sending the amended documents to Phillipi Village for signatures, and im still waiting for her to contact me. What upsets me is the fact that i constantly have to make a follow up Trafalgar does not do the necessary of keeping me updated about this situation and my business is standing still because by now i should be at the premises and operating my business. Do you guys give up to standard service to specific tenants??? Its now almost a month since I applied for a rental space and I have done and paid what you asked for I don’t know why is taking longer than this, I am very upset with the service that you give .</p> <p> </p>
I would like to express my anger towards the Woolworths debt collection section. Its been now more that a year where I have been receiving calls almost everyday or sometimes twice a day and even smses flooding my message inbox, asking for Miss N Masemola to come and pay her account and I would tell whoever is calling that it is a wrong number and they should remove that number from their system and one time a guy was very rude to me when I told him to do that, even now a lady called because of being tired I just said Miss maselola is dead..im really tired of this please see to it that my number is off from her profile...I would like this to be resolved I am sick and tired of it!!!<br> <br> call me on 0733102349
Hi Ford,<br> <br> I would like to voice my concern, I bought a Ford Figo Ambiente 2013 model and I've been a victim where my battery was stolen out of my car, I was shocked as how did they open the bonnet when I had locked my car?? Because with these new cars I know you are unable to open the bonnet not unless you're opening it from the leaver inside the car.<br> <br> I discovered that they used the black leaver under the bonnet they were able to pull it and gained access to my battery. Now I would like to know from you how does the black leaver work? Is it supposed to access to open the bonnet from the outside? If so can you help me to restrict that option or to remove it completely? Because anyone can just put their hand under the bonnet and gain access to the parts under it. An agent called me on the 10th September and offered a tracking device package for my car and I was interested and agrees to sign for it, gave all my details including my banking details and he told me they would come and install the device on the 14th September and I will receive an sms and email confirming. no body came no sms and no email. Another agent called me on 14th and told me he will book for someone to come and install it on 15th, today is the 15th still no one came and no call from the company..Tell when will this device be installed? is this how you treat your customers take their banking details and not show up to do the service with a lot of fraud that is going on here in South Africa?? I need answers please!
I bought R150 worth of airtime via my Woolworths credit card and the transaction was successful, but when I checked my phone to see if my airtime was credited to me, there was no sms and I checked the balance but it remained the same. I called Woolworths and they told me the problem Is on Telkom side and I should contact them. I did just that and called the call centre. I spoke to a consultant called Antonio and he told me to open a case by e-mailing their complaints department and I should give them proof of purchase. I e-mailed them and included the sms of the transaction on the e-mail. They told me to send a bank statement with the proof of purchase, What more proof do they need?? when I have sent them the proof purchase. this is not the first time this has happened to me where I buy airtime via credit and I don't get credited for it, the first time I waited for the sms until I forgot about it and it was for the same amount of R150..Can Telkom please credit my airtime to me???
