BOKSBURG BRANCH - Took my father's NP200 in for a CV boot replacement. He got the vehicle back - they fastened the CV boot with plastic cable ties. After my husband took it up with Car Care Clinic, they said it is norm, and I can bring the vehicle back. So we took it back..... they refitted the CV boots with steel clamps, but it wasn't even done with proper crimping pliers. After all of this, we got it repaired at another extra cost somewhere else, and they blocked our telephone number so that we cannot complain. My dad went back there, and the "manager" had a don't care attitude. For a shop owner to have such an attitude is a disgrace, and it is people like them that give mechanics a bad reputation!! I will not recommend anyone taking their vehicle to the CAR CARE CLINIC in Boksburg.
A big shout out to Ian and his team! We live next to the N12 highway.... A guy went through our walls at about 1 in the morning, and the next evening the guys from ERW were there to put up our new wall. They worked overtime until at about 20:00 to make sure we can sleep soundly! It meant a lot to us! Thank you so much for this great service!

Woolworths online usually have a good reputation, but not this time. I have ordered underwear online (Cream colour), and when it got delivered, it is so dirty!!! I will be returning it to my nearest Woolworths store. Not interested in buying dirty clothes from you!! How can the person packing this, think it is OK to send like clothes out like this????
Discovery won't pay for a COVID 19 blood test of R850 on the Keycare plus account. I have sent in all documents as required, but the claim is rejected every time. I think it is shocking that the medical aid does not want to pay for this test!!!!!
Hyundai Boksburg. What a unpleasant experience. Bought a double deal 21 December - Sante Fe & i20 (both 2013 models). Also bought on both extended service plans. Yesterday, had a trip and the car (i20) turned over 90000km. I took out the service book, and to my shock it was serviced last on 71k km. So I phoned Hyundai Boksburg to make a booking, confirmed the service plan, and took it in this morning. I want an explanation why it was not serviced before they sold it to me in the first place - as I bought it on 88511km......... and now being phoned to say there is no service plan??!!!!! Shocking service.....
The delivering courier company that FNB is using, is throwing your name in the water...... CCD couriers have made 2 appointments already to deliver my card, but up till today I have not received it. I phoned them yesterday, and the lady said "she will see what she can do", and send me an sms for a new delivery day and time...... I still haven't received any further communication. Pathetic service from the courier, but FNB is the face of this situation......
Thank you to Nadine Fowler for excellent service at Hyundai East Rand (Hughes). She made our experience of buying 2 x cars great with all her effort! Also to Johnny, the manager who always come to specially greet me when I get there. Good team!!
Upgraded tablets for my 2 kids. Did both the same time - both SAME tablet...... what do I received today??? One Vodacom tablet and one phone???!!!!! Now my kids have to wait another week or more because of someone elses error in Vodacom. And to my frustration!!!! And calls get recorded, so the call will show I have ordered both exactly the same. Now it is 3 or more working days to fetch the phone from me via courier, then I have to phone again to re order....... No Vodacom!!! Get your act together!!! I also just received an sms stating if you are unhappy with Vodacom's service, reply NO - so I replied NO.... then got a call....... so the lady said there is nothing she can do... so asked her why then phone me? Because I replied "NO"..... that is not service Vodacom....
Was at MB East rand yesterday morning, and filled out a form with Yogesh for n quotation on a remote key and key set. Yogesh said Linda will Email me and Linda never did. this morning I phoned Linda and she said Ishmail is my adviser, so she put me through. Ishmail took my details and said he would phone me. That was 9:53. I phoned again at 12:45, and he was not available. I asked to speak to his supervisor, also not available. The lady at reception wanted to put me through to Michael in the workshop, also not available. I made her understood that I am very unhappy with the service. She took my details and said he will phone me - I said in the next hour, otherwise I am taking it further. NO FEEDBACK AS YET....
