I arrived at the station on time as always only to wait more than 40 minutes without any announcement being made at the Marlboro Gautrain station. Mind you this is my time to get to work and had there been an announcement I would have easily left the station on time and headed to take a taxi and be at work on time. At this point I had failed to report the lateness to work on time and only when the onboarding time has passed did they decide to announce the delay. This is so frustrating and stupid not to mention the lack of ****ing respect the Gautrain staff has for commuters. This is my job which I need and they're at work failing to do their's.
I really got kind and great service over their live chat. I appreciate the fact that it doesn't take forever for an agent to start chatting with you. My issue has not been resolved however I know they did something to keep me connected at the moment and I have hope that it will soon be resolved. Truly I am happy with the service I received.
I went to Shoprite in Ebony Park to get essentials for my place, I was going to use my Old Mutual Rewards for payment. The Old Mutual Rewards work at Shoprite stored and other selected stores, I have used the service before at different Shoprite outlets. When I was done with getting everything I needed, before even putting my items on the cashier's table to have them scanned, I inquired with the cashier if they take Old Mutual Rewards and she advised that they do. After having items scanned and I had to pay then she advised their system doesn't accept that payment method, she proceeded to get another lady to come and tell me he same thing. I went to the Kiosk cashier and she advised she is aware of this payment method however I cannot pay by her till because I have a lot of items. I'm not sure if this is because it was almost time to close the shop however I received no joy and no help. I walked a few steps in the very shopping complex to a KFC, which is close to the Shoprite, they also accept OMR. I inquired about this payment method and they advised they accept it and right there and there I was able to order and pay for a meal using my Old Mutual Rewards voucher on their self service machine and it was accepted. Shoprite Ebony Park has the most rude and not so willing to help employees. No one even takes the time to get further assistance for a customer, they give you a one word answer and walk off.
My brother booked a ride with Mbani yesterday, the driver of a Toyota Etios (JD12SPGP) from the airport to home. He forgot his laptop in the car and immediately made contact with the driver, the driver came to deliver the laptop today and charged my brother R400.00 for this. He was refusing to give his laptop until he got the money which m brother eventually paid. Why does Bolt have an option to report lost items or items left in he vehicle if we are going to be ripped off by your drivers. This is a useless service your drivers are providing and to worsen the situation, he was f*****g rude. You need to do something about this guy.
Several emails have been sent regarding cancellation and to this day, there has been no response. I have been calling and sending emails with no response. Money is still being deducted off a person's payslip whom I assisted with taking out a cell phone contract with Blue Label Connect. The contract should have ended this year in June/July however no one can seem to provide answers to why they are not stopping to take money from her payslip or even provide a response on email. I have made several attempts to reach the people that assisted us when they were giving out contracts however no one has come back to us. Our HR department has advised the company no longer has a contract with them so they cannot advise why this is still happening, can Blue Label Connect please refund all the money they’re still taking and cancel this contract. This is over R2000.00 that has been taken and is still being taken with no communication as to why this is happening. Why would you rip a person off like this and out your company name in disrepute like this. This is money a person works for and i cannot seem to provide any feedback as to why this is happening nor can you guys.
Your driver Phumlane left me standing in the rain, disgusting and the most horrible thing that's ever happened. Ya'll need to get more professional drivers this **** is disgusting, these hooligans you get on your panel are disgusting.
Highlands North Post Office, I have never experienced such wonderful service in my entire life. It was my second experience with a Post Office and even prior I cannot complain. When you walk in, you're met by a wonderfu, chatty and beautiful lady named Brenda. Every individual that was in that Post Office thanked every person that was assisting them for the wonderful service. Brenda even went as far as assisting an elderly couple with opening the door for them on their departure, I don't know what happy pill Post Office employees are on however I wish I could have it and I wish everyone going through what the country is going through could just swallow that happpppppyyyyyy pill....... HIGHLANDS NORTH POST OFFICE, Y'ALL ROCK.
I walked into an Old Mutual branch on the 28th of May 2020 to cancel my policy for the exact reason i am writing this review. old Mutual does not give a **** about their clients, this is not something i am writing about because it is my first experience but i have been fighting this battle with these people. The manager at the branch was walking around speaking on headsets from her laptop, carrying it around the branch, she then walked into some room and kept speaking to some person about people's training and competence whereas she herself was incompetent. This lady was doing all of this while eating McD's, she was chewing and speaking at the same time, she was making so much noise with the door open from that room that everyone could hear her conversation which was not even meant for any of our ears. Long and short of it was that the 28th May 2020 was the start of my horrible and disgusting emotion that i have for Old Mutual. I have an OM Money Account which i advised the lady to please deposit my funds into it once i am done with my cancellation, she out of her own experience told me the process would take three working days and that i had to produce a proof of address which i did not have and she and she advised i can produce a bank statement from my own bank and she can use that but the funds will definitely go into my OM Money Account. I received no communication or anything, till to this day. I have been calling Old Mutual since the 1st June 2020 from when i got a sms asking me where my money must o because i produced another bank statement, i responded to that email and that has been it, i have called the same branch and spoke to Siboniso/Sibonelo who was very rude and went as fr as telling me that he is not even supposed to assist me over the phone, i asked to speak to a manager and he told me the manager would call me back. An hour later i received a call from the same guy telling me the manager said she will escalate. I have made several other calls and received stupid emails which i have responded to and still have not gotten any assistance. I cannot expect Old Mutual staff at Balfour Park to treat clients any better or have any form of telephone etiquette when their own manager is abrupt and incompetent. I all i want is my money, that is all i am asking for from these useless people, OM has proven that they care about nothing but debiting. I manage an emergency call centre myself and every client's life, query and opinion matters, it does not matter how angry, rude, intoxicated or frustrated they are, it is my job and duty to put them at ease and listen to them. Old Mutual staff act like someone forced them to sit where they're sitting..........I WANT MY F*****G MONEY
Taxify is full of ****, y'all are ****en ripping people off because you lack competency and just hire every ****en Tom, **** and Harry. I use Taxify each morning to go to work and at one point a driver told me to cancel because he doesn't want to drive into Alexandra, the next driver just drove the opposite direction without notifying me as to why and the last driver I requested called to tell me I must cancel because he is busy voting and he will delay me. All of your ****en useless drivers I always ask for them to cancel because I don't want problems and to be running late for work and what do they do, nothing instead they keep the trip running. I go ahead and cancel and choose the option driver advised to cancel. Today I book a Taxify FROM Alexandra to Bramley View and I am charged R83.00 because I cancelled trips, trips I was requested to cancel by your driver's. I want my ****en money, it's bad enough i get picked up by people that look like they just came out of bed and now I must be ripped off. I want my money, I want my ****en money. I'm sick of this ****, firstly y'all took money from my account that you never returned till today from last year just because I wanted to start using my card, you took over R500 from my account and told me it was a service fee that would be paid back but till to this day I don't have my money and then this.
Taxify took my money and I want it back. They have the nerve to take money from my account and the come back and tell me I will get it after 5 – 7 days and I must call the bank. I have been sending emails for this and all I get are emails back, no one even has the decency to call me and explain why that I thought would be convenient suddenly has led to this frustration. I changed my payment option from cash to my card and boom my money was gone. I then get some stupid authorisation email from Bongani who tells me to be patient for the money to be returned into my account. I always thought people were out of their minds or unnecessary when cancelling all services with Taxify but now I know and understand that all they do is f**k people over, I want my money. Till this hour, no one has bothered to call me and clearly Bongani feels all the emails he sent with explanations only he understands was more than enough.
