Great price. The items on my order are more beautiful than expected. The delivery was hassle free . Everything was communicated as it should.
The worst thing I have done was sign up for swimming lessons with Virgin Active Belair Northriding. There is no structure my child is left doing her own thing without any training. I expected to receive a service I paid for and I am left feeling disappointed and Frustrated. I was told by the swimming manager at the club that I can’t cancel as it is a 3 month contract. My issue is that I am not getting the service I paid for. I need to get my money back.
If I could rate this company a negative rating I would. I phoned their call centre on Friday 17th November 2023 and spoke to a Jesse Neale regarding a promotion they had online for Bali Holiday. I requested some information and then asked him to book for me. To date (26/11/2023) I have not had any response for my request from Jesse. This has left me wondering if this was a **** or false advertising. I have emailed, called and left a message still no positive response. On the 22nd of November 2023, I emailed a branch at Clearwater Mall (A consultant Paige Rugan) She responded on the 23rd saying she will respond to me, I followed up on the 24th and got an out of office message. So still no assistance. To say I am frustrated is an understatement, what do I have to do to get service from Flight Centre SA? I have no accommodation booked and my trip is happening this week.
99I am actually disgusted by the service that Uber has given me or should I say lack thereof. In December I signed up for Uber Pass which was first month Free, I was planning not to carry on with the service as it did not add any value to my life. I only realised I should have cancelled before the 20th of January when I saw the charge of R99 coming out of my account. I immediately contacted Uber and they assured me they have cancelled on their side, I have an email to proof it. Their self service to cancel does not work by the way so they had to do it on their end. They have now deducted the R99 again today and are refusing to refund me. This is day light robbery. They have sent me a similar message to say the subscription have been cancelled so they should refund me because this was no fault of mine. I do not need to hear that they are sorry. I will never use them again.
I phoned 27/10/2022 to cancel my funeral policy and to request a cancellation letter, needless to say the Sales Person was very unhelpful and carried on and insisted on trying to convince me to not cancel. I need my policy to be cancelled with immediate effect, cancel the debit order and send me the letter to confirm the same. It was very unpleasant to deal with someone that would not listen to my request and just fell short of refusing my request to cancel. Unfortunately I didn't take his name. If they have any hope of acquiring me as a client in future, they should please fulfill my request, which is easy and simple and should be honoured as it is my right. I then tried to send an email to cancel on the 28th of October and I got an auto response stating I need to phone in, what is the use? I don't want my account debited any further. I will never use Outsurance again if this is how they operate.
I Booked a hotel in PE for the 21st September to 23rd September 2018. At the time of Booking I was promised a cash reward of R270 after I have checked out. When I queried after checking out, I was told it takes up to 60 days, it has been more than 60 days. False advertising!!!
On the 30th of May I phoned the call centre to Downgrade my subscription from Premium to Access and I was assured by the call centre operator that this was scheduled before I hung up the phone. On the 31st of May I called again this time to downgrade to easyview, I got the same assurance that this was going to be effected as requested. The debit order of R699 went off on the 2nd of June which I reversed and I then went to Pep Store to pay for Easyview subscription and PVR facility, a total of R119. Now this morning the 16th of June my subscription is cutoff and my account suspended. Please reinstate within immediate effect.
