Made payment on the 26th of June 2025 - cut off my service on 03 July 2025 - said payment not cleared takes 24 - 48 hours, its been 6 days - received a message saying it will be on in 30 minutes still no service - these guys are *******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!the money is not being allocated its going somewhere else
WebChat has THE WORST Customer Service contact EVER!!!! There is ONLY one method of contact and that is a Webchat and I am waiting for almost 2 hours and counting for one single agent to be available. My bill is up to date and I have no internet connection, because they are a group of confused people. Received messages for payment, called them and they confirmed there is NOTHING outstanding, infact I am in credit and they cut my service and make contacting them a NIGHTMARE!!!!

Web Africa has an 0800 number and a land line number that does nothing but direct you to a USELESS WhatsApp service. Your ANNYOING automated UNHELPFUL responses has not been programmed to help with what happened to me, so YES< HUMAN CONTACT IS NEEDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A car flew through my property and ripped out my cable, and your ANNOYING WHATSAPP service is so unable to help. Amazingly a HUMAN speaks to you for sales!!!! Firstly you cannot call, only WhatsApp!!! With the most useless consultants I dealt with Kyle S, it was like talking to a wall. I need my WPS PIN, which is not on my router, to connect my printer, he went in circles, with zero knowledge of what I need and I am now still without a printer. Tried telling him 1000 times, its not working with my WiFi password, but no he has no clue I need my 8 digit PIN which is supposed to be on my router label and is not
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Claimed they couldn't debit my account, when there is MORE THAN ENOUGH money called and spoke to numerous *********** consultants and they finally go and delete my account FOR NO REASON OR FAULT OF MINE, without resolving the issue. I also pay in advance so I still had August to go . NOT ONE PERSON WITH A PROPER UNDERSTANDING WORKS THERE!!!
They are *******!!!!!!!!! They make you sign a form for R15 and then ***** R600 from your bank account. Their Tech did absolutely NITHING to help me infact he ended the chat without helping I want my ****** money back or I open a ***** case!!!!
It used to be such a pleasure to call Hirsch or shop there, but calling their Spares Centre in Umhlsnga has become shocking. The call was answered with an abrupt hello, questions asked in the most rude manner. I asked for a Samsung Fridge condenser, this was the response by Zola "Email please, cell number please, I will send you pictures go show your Technician, bye" The worst telephonic experience ever
