I gave S&H a bad review (which I deleted) as I did not have a clear understanding of how their business operates. I received a call from S&H and ServiceTec (the first time in my 64 year life that a company actually follow up). They clearly explained the situation to me. I also want to apologize for any inconvenience I might have caused due to the bad review. Thank you for the excellent service received from S&H and ServiceTec.
This is a probably a *****ulent company. I placed an order for Kenwood and Phillips spares. After payment there is zero response or feedback from them at all. I will be in contact with Kenwood International and Phillips International and DEMAND that they REMOVE S&H as a spare supplier. They must also be backlisted by Kenwood and Phillips.
've never experienced such total incompetence as with the Ford service center. I took my Ford Ecosport to Allen Joss motors Pretoria North for the first 15000 km service. I complained about the extremely high fuel consumption. They ONLY changed the oil and oil filter. They REFUSE to adjust anything on the car or to change the air filter. This is TOTALLY unacceptable. Then they wanted to change my brake pads which were apparently "worn" although they were about 12mm thick, for R4500-00 . Allen Joss and Ford motor company seems to be totally incompetent.
Recently renewed my car license online. It was all smooth sailing. At least we are moving froward.

Takealot protects the non-complaint suppliers that cannot meet the set ship date. When you ask to split the order , they quickly move the ship date out with 5 days and tell you they can't split because the order has already been packed at their DC. This is purely to protect the supplier. why do you need 5 days to ship if the order is already packed?
Purchased a demo vehicle from CMH Gezina and was assisted by Chris Groenewald. Every promise he made was committed to and on time. Best experience I had with a car dealer ever. Will always recommend them.
Pure racism. I placed an online order for which I receive and email stating that the order is complete and READY FOR PICKUP at Miladys Kolonade. My wife has been there 3 times and every time they tell her come back tomorrow. This is racism because its costing us a lot in fuel to travel 50km every day just to be ignored without a good explanation. All they just say is "order delayed". I think they stole my order and now they try to ignore me as long as possible in the hope that I give up. I will fight this into the highest court and slander Miladys on all the social media if they don't give me my order.
Arrogant and incompetent top management at Takealot. Firstly they employ dumb people as web developers (the worst ever search engine in the universe). Secondly, they run a business like con artists. They advertise 5 to 7 day delivery but as soon as you place the order, they push it out to 3 weeks WITHOUT any option to cancel the order. It's time to destroy their arrogant monopoly.
They advertise essentials for delivery during the lockdown. ONLY after you ordered and paid, you will receive the delivery date that is after the lockdown. You also CANNOT cancel the order. So they con you into an order and take your money. DONT ORDER ANYTHING DURING THE LOCKDOWN.
