We ordered a bespoke window from PG glass Oudtshoorn. Contact ws a chap by the name of Francois It was insanely expensive for me but seeing that PGglass had a good reputation Ipaid . The window was delivered ..minus critical stuff. Went back to PGG and complained a few days later they sent out a repair team who arrived without the correct items to fix . A month later they arrived with a part but it was again the wrong part. We were then into March already. A Month later they showed up with the correct parts and drilled my window frame again to fit the new part that should have been installed from the outset. Now that the correct part has been installed, it was in April, the waterproofing strip did not seal properly. They said will be back the next week.......well we are fast approaching end of June and still no sign of PGG to fix something that should never have needed a fix. So beware when PGG promises next week. It will turn into months with still no fix |
Ordered a solar battery and paid for it. when I tried to enquire as to the status of the order I could not get hold of anyone. tried WhatsApp, email the email address just bounces and no other contact details. the address given also don't list them as occupying any space there. My only conclusion it must be a ****. BEWARTE
Wish there was a zero rating. They ship my order, which was time sensitive, to the wrong address and are in no hurry to fix the problem Meanwhile I have a team of builders sitting idle and getting paid for it due to EMIT courier's mistake. When confronted their answer it more or less " it will get there when it gets there. Don't trust these guys with time sensitive packages.
I have been issues for 3 months now to have a *****ulent debit order stopped, reversed and blocked. I tried to report the ***** on the App to no avail. It will not accpet my affidavit. Then spoke to a lady Lekuduba Tihale who said who said she is on her way out and I should contact her the following Tuesday after the holiday. Did that only to get a message she will be out of office for 3 months! Complained to FNB again and somebody contacted me reversed and stopped the June 2024 *****ulent debit order and assured me it has been "blocked" and will not appear again.. Only to have it appear again this month. The person that contacted me now said he will only stop and reverse the current *****ulent debit order. Now the onus is on me to sort the **** out with Vodacom with whom I have not had any business in the past years. My question is how can FNB accept the debit order if they have the much-published Debicheck system in place. The first lady confirmed there is no mandate for that debit order. SO please FNB please do the right thing, or do you usually play accessory to ***** because my account is small fry?
Ordered very specific items fromLedtronix which showed in stock on the online website. When items arrived not the items I ordered. Then began the struggle getting hold of Ledtronix. Eventually after getting hold of them they admitted the items I had ordered were out of stock an so they sent me something they thought would suit my needs. WRONG!!!! I ordered the items with very specific tasks In mind. Now trying to return the items, which I did at own cost, as they did not want have the items returned on their account, took me another 3 days. Then after they received the wrongfully issued items. Suddenly still no stick of my ordered items and always we will send them when they arrive. 1week later and still no indication if the items had shipped. From the initial order don't think you get a notification about any progress of your order. So be warned when buying from this shop.
What is the use of Technology if it doesn't work. Ordered online a data only simcard contract. Was approved in lightning-fast time and was told will be delivered. I also got to tell me the verification process with the driver can be problematic. should have seen te red light then but continued. today the driver came and delivered my simcard. Now the biometrics just did not want to be verified,we tried multiple times. then suddenly driver says give me the pin they have sent you. i give him the pin and off he goes. I immediately try the simcard but nothing happens.No network access. I do some googling and see that maybe I have to RICA the simcard. And I thought the process with the driver was the intent to RICA.So I use the MTN app to RICA, jump through all the hoops taking photos of id and selfies and every time and just gives and error!! Then we try the phoning 135 customer care. Only here to find out the simcard has been RICA barred!!!!! ***!@!! HOW THE HELL SHOULD I HAVE GUESSED IT AND SECONDLY FOR WHAT REASON. I HAVE 6 CONTRACTS WITH MTN , I RICA'D ALL OF THEM BUT NOW SUDDENLY I AM BARRED! I specifically chose to have the simcard delivered as I do not have the time to go to a shop and purchase it there, now I still have to go to a shop. Your online service again is f....n useless and costing me money and time away from work. Time and money which I dont have. Just to send an apology just doenst cut it anymore. I am gatvol of your systems not being up to scratch and all MTN says is " apologies" Apology not accepted. If it want for the big operators holding all for ransom and could nt be bothered about the small fishes. I understadn why people are migrating to Starlink. I will be following suite in a monthor 2
I have written 2 reviews and every time someone from ADT contacts me to tell me my issue has been resolved. Only to find that a new issue has been made. ADT listen carefully, if I get another letter of demand from you or your credit solution company after you have assured me that I owe you nothing then surely, I can get my attorney to issue you with a letter of demand that you cease and desist with these false claims. You are so miserably failing in your PR job I find it strange that you still have security clients. Just have a look at my previous posts if you are wondering as to how could I make such a statement.
After several phone calls I get ADT to come and remove their equipment from my house. Must say this part did go smoothly. BUT NOW FOR VOLUME 2: As I stated in my previous Hellopeter review Attorneys issues Letter of Demand to me because of an outstanding amount. I phoned ADT twice and they confirmed that my account is clear and that I dont owe anything. I requested them to stop these Attorneys action against me. GUESS what arrives in my SMS box today?ANOTHER letter of Demand!! If ever I had the need for a security company I would think twice about using ADT as their bookkeeping practises are really suspect to me. ADT if you read this dont contact me before you can assure me everything has been sorted. Maybe a letter of demand from my attorneys would help?
I have been a client of ADT now on and off for the past 13 years. All the time I paid my dues by debit order. This year I get notified by attorneys I owe ADT. I phone ADT they say my account is clean with no arrears. I still get threats from the attorneys after ADT said they will rectify. Next thing I cancel my service with ADT because of the above but mainly due to me relocating where there is no ADT service. Rural Cape province. ADT has the audacity to charge me R500 for them to come and remove stuff that they want back. If I take it out and take it back to them will I get R500? answer will probably be in the nagative. Bottom line is : beware of all the traps and tricks with ADT when signinig on
I give up with ADT!! They handed me over to attorneys saying I am in arrears with my accoutn. Phoned them on 2 separate occasions and confirmed that my account was properly paid up. Asked them to please cancel the attorney tasking as it makes me look like a person who doesnt pay his accounts! And that p@@###s me off! ADT if you ever read these reviews please sort this thing out. Dont try to phone as I have blocked you as you keep phoning me with deals but cannot sort out my account.
