I received a new Rain device yesterday. I did not request a new device. We have not had internet for over 31 hours since the device was delivered. The agent was very impolite on various occasions. He returned this morning and said that the Towers are down. I now confirmed with the call centre that the Sim Card I have is in actual fact the wrong Sim Card. It is not activated on their system. My Sim card is still active being used elsewhere. Nobody seems to be able to tell me when I can get internet again
I have reached out many times to Vumatel to get me released from supersonicfibre as I'm getting no communication or assistance or service from them. Vumatel just informs me to contact my ISP who are the very organisation I need assistance with.
Unprofessional behaviour from agent. 1. Gave out information about order to a unrelated 3rd party. 2. 6 months later and the router that was part of the offer had still not bren delivered 3. Over 10 phone calls and tickets and case numbers abd over 5 hours of being on hold, and nobody had returned my calls. 4. No case numbers were attended to 5. Fibre line was broken. Was never issued with a ticket number. Vumatel will not fix the line without the ticket number 6. Agent made 3 calls to me harrassing me to stay connected with them. The 1 call was 30 minutes long. Also brough up personal information raising the death of my father and son. He also threatened if I took on a big company like MTN, I would be blacklisted.
Trying to get through to your service providers for hours on end. Constantly ignored. Never getting back to you as they promise. 2 hours on hold after 10 calls and you cut the call. I'm actually feeling helpless, frustrated and suicidal @supersonicfibre @vumatel
My flight to Mauritius was cancelled due to the pandemic. Air Austral issued a voucher and told me I could get a voucher which could be used to book another flight or refunded if not used in a year. After a year, I was told my voucher refund is being processed, I was now told that the agent was already refunded this money. Air Austral issued the voucher and should refund it.
Since signing up with them I've had no service. I have had no router delivered. All calls logged have not been attended to. I've made almost 10 calls and get told they will get back to ne and nobody does. I was suddenly told I was in arrears and my service will be susoended yet I don't know how to pay and I've received no service. My internet cuts out every night for the last 2 weeks and I can't get a hold of them. I sent a request for cancellation and have received nobody contacting me. I just want to cancel and move to another ISP
