Unbelievable service. Come and measure once and after we accepted the quote they installed all in one day. We are so happy and for the first time we have a place where we can say we have a stoep.
You actually cannot rate this useless department. I'm waiting from 2022 for funds to be paid to me but empty promises and lies. I have prove from their website that all the documents where completed and correct and it's sitting at the pay master all these years. What a useless person, but that is typically BBEEE.....
Some of the best service I have found in this industry. Purchased 2 HV Inverters and a young guy help me loading into my car and answer all my stupid questions. They still have time for the elderly and will assist where needed. I have given your telephone number to all my buddies. My eldest brother, now 72 this week, will purchase as well from you. Now it really becomes a business for the family
Hi Guys, What can I say about these guys!! I know for a fact that I will NOT do business with them again. Talked to Andries Loots about paying my money back since they have refused to deliver batteries according to quotation. Now that is all fine up to here.... Then Andries Loots said to me that he will (His Company) will pay the money back maybe in a week or 3 or whenever. On that I said that I need that money to purchase from another company the same. I said as well that in that case he should pay interest at the same rate that the bank will charge for a lone. Then he said that supplier used vulgar language, ...remember not me.... and now he wants to punish me. That conversation is on tape according to him and I have requested him to send me a copy of it since I do not believe a word he says and he slams the phone down on me. What a nice guys. I can only pray for him, but I cannot promise anything. What a bad experience that was.
So, I'm really fighting with them. First I have to pay VAT that is more than 100% inflated. I request them to send me the documents so that I can see where they have calculate the vat from. First they say it is the invoice from the supplier and I can clearly see that they lie and I proofed it to them by sending all the relevant detail through to them, all in vain. 2 Weeks later, I'm still without the goods. Tried to phone them but the phone rang and then stop. No customer support whatsoever. I have already written to my suppliers indicating this problem to them and not to use TNT/Fedex for any of my shipment until they can get there act together. I'm shipping now the same via DHL and already received the correct invoice and paid it without any hiccups. I will have my goods in hand from DHL latest Monday afternoon. Never use these guys.
A parcel was posted to me from USA and I have inquired numerous times from customer care to actually tell me what happened to the parcel. It is now 7 months down the line and still no answer from this dysfunctional entity. It will be the second parcel that was send from USA to South Africa via our Postal Services that just gone missing. Stolen I would say. The worst part is that nobody can do anything with the contents, but me. I will never allow another parcel to be handles by these idiots. They do not understand that by stealing a parcel they actually steal someones job and eventually it will be their own. Well I hope they will be taken over by the Chinese and they will all lose there useless jobs.
My wife and I had again a wonderful time last night at Crawdaddy's Garsfontein. We visit them often and we start to know the staff members. We feel like very liked family when we visit and never had a bad experience with food or service from them. The waiters that served us before, always come and greet us as friends. I had the best Sirloin in town and my Wife had a steak second to none. So good to know a place where you can sit down, enjoy a fantastic meal, and have good friends around.
Again, I have troubles with these people. I have cancelled my contract 2 years ago and after about 64 e-mails, lots of complaints etc. I did receive another invoice from them. Now listen to this........ I do not even own the telephone number. The number is owned by Fermel (Pty) Ltd. and is contracted to Cell C. Stay away from Vodacom. Dean, you where so help full to stop the ****, but what did go wrong now? The Invoice reads..... My Problems with Vodacom started on the 19-Dec-2017. I have dared to cancel my contract with them and they have slammed me with bill second to none. I have paid the cancellation fees of R7,866.21 and send all the relevant information to ********** within 2 days. (21-Dec-2017) I requested Vodacom to please acknowledge the cancellation and they never did. Consequently, I have send them 64 times the same e-mail and I have faxed it to them. 100% Useless exercise. Today I have received a letter of final demand from them and I just do not know what to do with these people anymore. I think this is because of BEE that we must now pay the price for incompetence on the Supplier side. Thanks to our regime that forces this on them in reverse discrimination.
I cancelled my contract more than 2 years ago with Vodacom and now they send me a letter of final demand. They requested that I send the information again to them which I die about 64 times. Still nothing from them. I'm talking now to a lawyer.
