Do not buy from this site. It is a ****. The minute I asked for a refund I was blocked. Avoid at all costs.
Website seems to be a ****. Email address doesn’t exist. WhatsApp line doesn’t work, messages stay on one tick. No reply to any FB messages or posts around delivery ETA. Please don’t buy from this company. Some people have been waiting for their order for 2 years!
Stay away! Paid R12000 for a mattress that needs to be thrown out a mere 2 years later. The springs are digging into me, it’s soft, hurts our backs. When we called Serta to complain, my husband was told we have to sleep in the middle of the bed and that basically our warranty means nothing. Shocking customer service from their head office in Durban. Do not buy from these charlatans.
Nedbank Online Trading - My mother is 70 years old, she inherited BOE shares from a late aunt. After much difficulty, we were told to speak to Nedbank about these shares. It is now almost a year down the line and the shares have still not been dematerialised, we still don't know how much they are worth (if anything), and the admin costs involved continue to climb. Zero feedback from Online Trading department for months now, just empty promises. You have made it clear you don't give a damn about your customers.
Have been using this company for a long time and have always been a fan, but they’ve lost me as a customer. The last box I ordered from them was simply revolting. One meal consisted of a tiny lamb pie for 2, which contained rancid meat, and a pathetic excuse for a salad. The second meals proportions were so off, there was only enough food for one bowl and not two. The third meal was a peppered halloumi meal, which I ended up throwing in the dustbin! The halloumi reeked of urine, the tahini was sour and not edible, and the pomegranates were so old they had already started to ferment. It was disgusting. Seems that the meals were not stored properly over a long weekend. To date I have not even had an acknowledgement around my complaint, or any feedback at all despite numerous attempts to reach this company. They just don’t give a damn about their customers. Stay away.
Worst mobile network in the country. And getting even worse every day. I am ALWAYS on one or two bars 3G, and have to make at least 3 calls to complete one conversation, due to all the dropped calls. Paying almost R1500 a month for my contract, might as well flush this money down the toilet.
My first wedding ring arrived and was too big and poorly made. Wooden inner ring broke on the first day. Ring was sent back and a new design chosen. Am happy with the quality of the new ring but not with the service received. Empty promise after empty promise around delivery time frame, lack of communication all around. I had to collect the ring from the airport myself as Kallie had safety concerns, it was sent to OR Tambo and not Lanseria as I requested. To date I have not received the valuation certificate I was promised on the 22nd of December, and Kallie is ignoring all emails, calls and WhatsApps.
