I am very dissapointed in my custom chest of drawers I had made last year at Lighouse. I collected it on 4 September 2025. I contacted Arno on 25 February 2026 with photos how bad it looks and he appologised and said he will speak to the factory. Today 2 weeks later still no feedback. The chest of drawers was coated with a layer and as time went on it dissapeared and it was finished off very badly. One would think for the price you pay atleast a decent job will be done! I wont recommend buying furniture from Lighouse at all!
Your Mtn store at Mall@Reds are useless!!! I app**** for a transfer of contracts on the 5th of December. Every day I had to follow up. On the 9th they said they need proof of income that I took in on the 10th. The guy submitted it and said it would take 2-24hours. Again no feed back. Every time you phone the consultant Raul is busy checking and will phone back now that never happens! On the 14th they wanted my marriage certificate that I took in immediately again he said it will be 2-24hours. On the 17th I phoned 3x that he was busy checking and would phone me back now and not once did he phone me back! On the 18th I phoned again and he was busy checking again and would phone me back and like all the previous times NO RETURN call! Raul did not phone me back once for all the times I phoned! I phoned 135 and spoke to a lady Thandeke at cancellations and explained my frustration and want to cancel all our contracts as all was at end of term and will move to another provider She immediately took action and phoned the store. Within hours the credit approval was done that they could not get done from the 5th! She sorted out everything in less than half a day! How is this possible if it took your store more than 2 weeks and NOTHING was done? Thank you Thandeke for going the extra mile you are the only person in 13days that actually sorted things and it was not even your job!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! I placed a order on 26/9/22 after the goods was NOT delivered I tried to get my money back as there was NO stock available however when I ordered online it showed stock! I was promised my refund on 5/10/22 and the refund was processed on 7/10/22. They said 7-10working days....still up till today 24/10/22 my money has NOT been paid out! Almost a month that you are sitting with MY money!!!! I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!
I ve been trying for 3 days now to get a account confirmation letter on my credit card out of FNB as this service is not available online for credit cards. Every day I hold on for long or get cut off and have to phone again. I was given ref numbers but then the next day they cant pick up the ref number! REALLY FNB is this soooo difficult???? My personal banker is useless Ive been a private client for years. Where have your service gone???? I only need a letter!!!!!!!!
I ordered 2 camping chairs online on 26/9/2022 and paid. It showed stock online. Delivery was suppose to be on 29/9/2022. So it came an gone! NO DELIVERY NO COMMUNICATION NO ANSWER ON EMIALS. I phoned and was informed they out of stock on this item and the alternative. I requested a refund as this was for a birthday present so I could buy something else. Up till today 7/10/2022 no refund! CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK YOUR SERVICE SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I applied for my covid 19 account and it was opened on 14 May 2020. Suddenly some of my debit orders was paid back into my account: 2 x 4143.80 Revolving loan 1 x 399 Banking fees 2 x 389 Device Payment 1 x 3020.24 Wesbank car finanace Total 12 484.88 According to a email received when I queried this and when I must paying back I was informed as from 1 June 2020? But it was only opened 14th May and as from what I understood you only start paying after 3 months? I was told telephonically all my fnb debt will be paid from this loan namely My overdraft My Credit Card My Revolving My Wesbank Car finance My device payment. Why did they reverse some money back into my account I dont know and just SOME and some x 2? Ive been battling since 15th May to get answers. I have spend more than 200min of airtime as from 15 May leaving messages for my 2 bankers Siya and Renilwe and sending them emails with no reply as to what who did or to correct this...Β i even contacted the consultants on the app and they have send the bankers messages...... On 19th May Siya the one banker phoned me screaming at me as why did I cc Irma the one lady in the emails BUT she answered the query in the first place stating loan repayment start 1 June? Still no feedback or how it will be corrected. According to my knowledge its 3 months before you start paying back the loan my loan was opened 14 May so how can I pay from 1st of June but the payments made are a mess??? I logged a complaint ref 2154024 for assistance and have emailed them with all the emails attached. I received a email to say they will respond and if not responding in 24 Hours I must remail again.....they will follow up. Today is the 22nd of May up till today NO RESPONSE as to who did what what I can expect month end or a appology from any of the 2 bankers!!!!! Why do you pay for bankers if they dont help you???? #FNB I have been a client for more than 10years seldom asked foe any assistance and now that you need assistance you just dont get any from no one.....
I have been in a battle with Standard Bank as from 30 Oct 17 when I applied for a Substitution on my bond. After so many mistakes on the banks side and at the attorneys THEY appointed... my bond finally registered on 20 Feb 2018. On 1 March 2018 my first debitorder went off for R3300 more than what it should! I phoned the customer services and was informed my rate was 12.43% instead of 8.55% that I signed for at the attorneys. I logged a complaint and reported them to the Ombudsman on 15/03/2018 and my rate was fixed in min! Since then battling to get the interest reversed that was overcharged as from 20 Feb-15 March and all I get is promises! Yet AGAIN on 01 April interest was overcharged and again I emailed and received promises! And today 03 April a Journal debit was allso charged to my account with no reversal of all interest over charged up to date! 32 Days furter! So now I am paying interest on interest on interest!!!! Standard Bank can you do the correct calculations of interest and reverse my money back to my bond? And how long will this take you? I am so sorry that I have ever decided to stay with Standard Bank and keep my bond with them as the service is patetic to say the least!! Good day the last 2 months I have been billed for Vlive Jan R1387.17 Feb R8251.74 and NO internet usage Ref 614280 620079?<br> I HAVE NEVER ACIVATED OR SUBSCRIBED TO VLIVE!!! ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER CARE AND BRANCH VLIVE IS NOT ACTIVATED ON ACCOUNT BUT BILLED???? I have never used vlive or agreed to it. I only use the sim if I have no other internet access and definitely don't stream or download or even leave it on I only use it to download my email that takes a few minutes! THIS IS A RIPOFF!!! Other than the above there is a limit on this account of R1500 so how can this account go up to R9000.00 Ref 62578???<br>
