Telkom has the worst service ever! My dad passed away in Sept 2018 shortly after our landline stopped working. We tried going to the store to cancel the line, they said we needed certain documents. We got the documents from the lawyer then Telkom started charging us fees again. We went back to the store to cancel and they said we needddto send an email to Lsdanational@telkom.co.za I send the email a month ago and still haven't received any response. My issue is still not resolved and we are literally being charged for absolutely nothing!
<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I was at the branch in Main Road, close to Cavendish Square on Saturday. We test drove the Orange Ford Focus ST (for R270,000.00), and really loved it. We enquired about a few extras and Juan, the salesman, said that he would get back to us with the quote. We also enquired about the dented passenger door and he reassured us that it would be fixed. We were happy with the service. we noticed a noise at the back while driving, and according to the salesman it was due to the modified exhaust that the previous owner had fitted, but he was happy to put back the original exhaust. So the entire week we've been getting things (Finance approved, possible trade-in vehicle valued etc.) in place and following up on the price of extras. Last night I received a message saying there are two other people interested in the car, but I reassured the salesman we are definitely taking the vehicle, as I am just waiting on him to get back to me with the quote for the extras as it has been almost a week already. With this in mind I made arrangements to sell my current vehicle. this morning I received an email saying if I sign the offer to purchase it will secure the car, once again I agreed and waited on him to send me the relevant forms. An hour or so later, he emails me again to say unfortunately there is someone else who has already signed. I feel that this is very unfair trade as he could have sent me the offer to purchase the entire week already, also poor service as I am still waiting on the cost of the optional extras and I am sure it does not take an entire week just to get quotes. I even made it easier by telling him not to worry about half of the extras that we originally wanted. I feel It is unfair for us not to be given first preference as a result of poor service from one of William Simpson employees. I'd like this matter to be resolved as a matter of urgency please.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really unfair as the other person is only going to start the whole process now. I feel as if I have been unfairly treated as even p until now I still havent received any offer to purchase.</p> <p> </p> <p>The extras that I requested prices for was the parking sensors and rear camrea, Sat Nav, Anit smash n grab, and a better sound system. I've even gone as far as telling Juan to leave the sound system and he suggested we should leave the Sat Nav as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is just not fair trade and I would like it to be dealt with propely before the car is sold off to someone else.</p>
Hi,<br> <br> I submitted my tax return twice last year, the first one being incorrect and the second correct to the best of my ability. SARS then required me to pay them over R24k. after numerous calls with them it turns out that this was because I withdrew my pension in 2014 and my tax was miscalculated. I remember needing to pay a huge sum of tax back then and now I am told it was miscalculated by R24k! I utilized my pension money to purchase a house...and now I do not have that amount lying around. I am really not sure what to do as I keep receiving smses that they will take legal action if payment is not made. I also logged it a few times on their website and for some reason I am unable to view their responses even if I download the recommended PDF viewer. Hi,<br> We rented an apartment from MP for almost 3 years. We moved out end of July, it is now 7 Sept and we have still not received our deposit back. we called numerous times, the first few times we were told to call back after a few days as they were still waiting on quotes or prices of certain things that needed to be done. I called 2-3 times last week first I got told it was going to be paid the next day, two days later I called back and got told they had banking issues they will be paying that afternoon, I called again on Friday and got told that Debbie is in a meeting she'll get back to me. M husband has also called a few times and each time more and more excuses are being made. I also email them on Friday and received a response this morning saying the accounts dept will revert back shortly...but I'm still waiting. My expenses are pilling and I need my money, but there is just no way of getting them to pay when they say. My friend warned me about this as she had the same problem with them when it was time for her to receive back her deposit.<br> <br> Please help as I really need the money ASAP!
