MTN keeps spamming their customers with regular marketing junk and bs, even though we have opted out of all marketing options and communications.
(For builders warehouse Erasmus Kloof): 1. Incomplete delivery (damaged already before delivery) 2. Confirmed that they will deliver before end of week, but they didn't 3. Called builders a week later, can't get through to dispatch 4. Called again later, was told they will phone back, but then they didn't 5. Called again following day, still no call back 6. Called again and requested escalation, but they didn't phone back 7. Called again to request managerial assistance and was told they will phone me 8. Still no callback, still waiting, and nothing is happening This store is absolutely pathetic, I want nothing more to do with them.
Really struggling with cool ideas support staff. They don't read the ticket and post a template response. 75% of their first line support agents are very bad, misdiagnose problems and actually just waste time. The other 25% are experienced agents and are excellent, but you can't get a hold of them easily. Cool ideas is loosing reputation fast because they are employing incompetent staff with a bad attitude.
- Didn't show up for three consecutive pick-ups. - Tried to charge me for damages that I didn't cause - Don't communicate
Very good and reliable cappuccino's from the Seattle bar at the Fresh stop shops (at Caltex filling stations)
Scheduled a drop off with Avis for 12h00, they missed the drop off, didn't inform me, and after making phone calls only received the vehicle at 19h30. Second incident : Arranged to return the vehicle at a drop off location for 12h00 sharp. Phoned again to confirm. They never showed up. Never phoned or sent an SMS either. Drove all the way to AVIS myself to drop off and walked all the way back on foot. Very disappointed with Avis.
Have raised 3 tickets, didn't get any feedback. Third weekend now that we've been suffering extremely poor bandwidth. Very disappointed with lack of any feedback and bad performance from cool ideas. not-so-cool
We have had repeated bad service from ProAdmin, and no answer on our emails. They have also messed up billing and are re-billing previous, fully paid invoices. very disappointed.
