I was appalled to learn today that Eddy Beukes of Constantia was pensioned off as part of the attempt to turn Pick n Pay around. Despite three of the Ackerman's remaining on the board he got the bullet today. Maybe you need to dump the family who largely caused the crisis.
I experienced some difficulties with my prescriptions at Dischem Blue route. All finally resolved today by a lady called Ethereal (spelling?) She was polished professional and polite. You are a credit to Dischem Blue Route. You knocked my socks off Thank you
I tried it and was impressed until the demand outstripped the stock level. Orders were unsatisfied on a regular basis. Then some rocket scientist brought in the Hyper store in Tokai and evert time i try to place an order for ordinary groceries I get told I am getting 2 deliveries with double costs This is most frustrating and a query at the store resulted in no sensible answer. I have had to return to Pick n Pay for proper service.
Last night while switching to streaming the system went awry. I got SUNUVOYO on the chatline after some hours of working with the others at the centre. SHE WAS A REAL STAR. She called me at ten o'clock to explain what had gone wrong and fixed it. She gave me instructions on what to do. The lady needs a gold star. She is fantastic
60/60 is a waste of time. Half of the goods ordered are out of stock all the time despite reflecting as being in stock. There is a big problem related to an inadequate stock holding. order no 185585700 is my latest debacle.
I have my drugs delivered monthly. Dischem are a bunch of ***********s. I am told it is company policy to not send prescription/invoices unless the customer asked. This is hopeless. I need the invoice to claim the tax credit as i pay a substantial co payments. Every time they deliver, they ***** it up Unless they sort this out quick smart i will go elsewhere

I BOUGHT A SMAG KETTLE A RED ONE. AYEAR LATER IT RUSTED AND LEAKED. THE AGENTS TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY R600B TO HAVE IT ASSESSED. I DUMPED IT. THE SAME WITH MY SMEG TOASTER. I BOUGHT TO RUSSELL HOBBS APPLIANCES FOR LESS THAN A QUARTER OF THE PRICE AND THREE YEARS LATER ALL IS WELL.

STAFF PAID BY BEING RETRENCHED. NOW ALL IS NOT WELL SO THE SMARTSHOPPER HAS BEEN GUTTED AND THEY CHARGE R20 TO RECYCLE. BOTH THE STAFF AND THE CUSTOMERS ARE BEING PENALISED FOR THE *********** ACKERMAN FAMILY. NO MORE PICK N PAY FOR ME
THEY ARE HOPELESS AND GETTING WORSE AND WORSE EVERY DAY. I have cancelled my subscription to premier as from 31 December 2025 and then today on Broadband i see they are losing 16 channels at the end of December 2025. 12 to Netflix and 4 to Paramount. So much for the new CEO playing open cards. I nearly signed a new 12 month contact to stream but now i haven't heard a word from DSTV ABOUT THE REDUCTION. IN MY OPINION THEY ARE A WUNCH OF BANKERS.
