Worst company service ever! Not even worth a one star rating! Got my device 29 April 2022, plugged in and it was connecting to the wrong tower. Try to call the support, you hold on forever just for them to tell you they will escalate the problem. After waiting 2 days with no feedback, I cancelled the system on the 1 May. They still have not come and collect the router or give me a full refund as i cancelled within 7 days. I had phone them 3 times now… well tried way more than that, but you hold on with no answer, just wasting my minutes! Every time they say it will be cancelled today and they will collect, but still nothing. Very very disappointed with their services and i will never recommend them to anyone!
Home-Connect service is AWESOME! I would highly recommend them to anyone! I was up and running with internet less than 24 hours after application. And this was done on a Sunday and public holiday! Also a big thank you to Mfundo who assisted me telephonically with so much patience! You were a big help today!! Thank you for being so friendly and helpful!
Not even worth getting ANY stars! After waiting so long for the food, we received two quarter chicken meals that was still raw inside, after sending it back, within 5 minutes they bought 2 new plates with chicken that was STILL RAW!! Blood coming out of it!! It made us all so nauseous and sick, none of us could even enjoy the food or the place!! Thanks for making my 30th birthday a memorable one!!

<p>I have the following 2 problems with Vodacom and if this is not sorted TODAY I will cancel all my contracts and go to a different service provider that will give me much better support!!</p> <p>1. I took another contract with Vodacom on the 4 March 2017. <br /> I do not receive ANY feedback from Vodacom unless I call them!<br /> This is now 8 working days and the phone is still not couriered to me!</p> <p> They said 3-7 Working days and the phone will be with me!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>2. I changed the following details with the accounts department on the 6 March 2017 and still when I call in you have the wrong details on your system.<br /> I change my surname <br /> I have changed my email address.<br /> I have changed my address. </p> <p>I have called so many times about these 2 queries and every time the staff is so friendly and promise me all is sorted now!! I really hope I get good service now, because everytime i call your staff is so friendly, but NEVER do the work and empty promises are made!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note if this is not sorted TODAY, I will NEVER go back to Vodacom and I will NEVER recommend Vodacom to my family or friends.</p>
I just want to inform Spar that I am very unhappy with a product I bought from Spar in Ouklip yesterday!<br> I brought mini homemade pies that was also freshly packed yesterday. (Chicken and Mushroom mini pies)<br> <br> The problem I have:<br> <br> The very first pie I ate had a hair on it!!! At first I thought it was one of my one hair, I just removed it and continue eating.<br> <br> By the 5th mini pie I saw another hair, when I try to pull out the hair, I have realised it is inside the pie and cannot be one of my own hair!!<br> <br> I am not one who likes to complain as your service is always great and products is also fresh, but THIS really made me sick and nauseous!!! And I just think it is a health risk!<br>
