HORRIBLE ATTITUDE: Definite Government department with no care in the world. Their system has a glitch and I have to go to a police station and write an affidavit saying I paid them and they need to allocate my payment. What the hell is this?????
A beneficiary that was meant to be added lady year May was only added this week...a year later. And they still put the waiting period in place #RollsEyes
After cancelling your contract because I was unhappy with your service.m and Fighting with your agents almost everyday...I thought it would end. I have no effin idea why your useless, incompetent people took my money again this month. I fought this fight last month and I received an invoice written FINAL INVOICE with a zero amount...I do not have time for this BS again, just return my money and leave me the F**K ALONE. Yeeerrrrrhhh
Having placed my order over the phone and being told that the pizza will be ready in 10 minutes. Getting to the crazy Ormonde branch 15 minutes later and my order was not ready. When I was making the payment to the staff member, Melissa, she first didn't take my payment because the card machine was \next door\". (Not sure how that is my problem, that they share a speed-point machine with Steers). Then she just blatantly ignores me and serves the next customer, when I ask her about my PIZZA, she says it's not ready, no explanation whatsoever. I asked to give me an estimate of when it will be ready and she just IGNORED ME, then she said, IT IS NOT READY, rudely so. I asked for her manager, and she happily screamed at the top of her voice to call the manager. He just said, apologies and carried on to assist. You have just lost a very loyal customer, I WILL NEVER SET MY FOOT THERE AGAIN. And that goes for my family, friends and basically anybody else I know. Customer Service should be of HIGHEST PRIORITY FULL STOP."
I've just come back from Standard Bank Southdale and pissed is an understatement to how I feel right now. I went to the bank to increase my limit as I need to transfer money onto my other account. The lady who was assisting me, Gloria, said she will log the call and somebody will call me before the 11th (today is the 7th). So what they are saying is I must sit and suck my thumb for the next 4 days when I need to transfer the money. I was in the queue for about 2 hours in that bank and at the end of it all I was not assisted. She then says I must call my business banker, Khanyisa, who's based in Southgate, who in turn acts all important telling me about her being in HER Office with a client. I have no idea if being in HER office is some kind of an achievememt. Right now all I want is my money then after that we can talk about cancelling my account with this fucken clown of a bank. I'm so fucken pissed, I don't care how tiring it will be to find a suitable bank who still know that we are client...NX.
