Has anyone else found out just how pathetic the service (if you can call it that) is at this company really is, I have been trying for three days to start a data service with them and so far got nowhere, yesterday the customer service people tried seven times to put me through to the sales dept. and I was shipped everywhere except the sale, I rung off after 13 mins. in sheer frustration. Their website really explains just how bad they are, it asks you "Which Bank" and lists about 8 of them (mine is discovery with a million clients but it is not listed) then asks for your account number and a telephone so I tried my Nedbank account, it then says that it cant be validated, is it any wonder? and I will be contacted and here I am still waiting for that, today I received an email saying they were sorry for the inconvenience and could I please let them have my phone number so they could call me that was early this morning they have now shut down for today and no call. The best of this is they have the cheek to call this shocking state of affairs "CUSTOMER SERVICE " I call it disgusting *******
What a totally useless waste of time this bank is, they let ****mers withdraw your money without a OTP or any security check you report the *****ulent deduction (April 11th) they say they will contact you and they then just talk the biggest load of ******* they can think of, this is the fifth post here and the last one about eight or nine days ago said they would contact me in one day, that is what I call shocking service, actually it is the worst I have ever encountered and I am 82 years old I am so glad that I had started withdrawing my money out as my loss could have been much larger so now I may as well write off the **** as TYME take for to much TIME to help you and I would strongly advise anyone reading this to get you money out and go somewhere else or may the Lord help you if you get ****med like me
I have to give them a star so I can write this message, to be honest they are not even worth that one, They allowed a ****mer to withdraw funds from my account No check on the withdrawal like go to your app or a text message just paid it, Now when I enquire they send me a case number GFD-154465 on the 2 May and say they will bein touch within 5 days, I write a report here about May 12th they reply by secret saying they are sorry and will reply within 2 days and true to form with lightening speed they reply today asking for my case number WOW super service, Now I feel with a great deal of luck I may hear from them again before September, what I cant understand is this was their fault in the first place some "Bank" and they call this "service" yuk
I wrote a review on 26th May about the terrible service of this banks ***** department, they rep**** on the 29th (secret) saying that they would be in touch within 2 business days, now here we are 7 days later (5 business) and nothing, they are a complete joke. why not just say get lost it would save me keep looking for a reply from them at least.
This bank allowed a hacker to withdraw money from my account without issuing an OTP so this says a lot for their security, and talking service their "***** department" is about as useful as a bucket with a hole in it, they are a disgrace I made my complaint in April the sent me an email saying they would contact me by the 9th May I wrote and asked them what was happening on the 25th May as they had not contacted me and they still haven't I feel its time to close my account and go elsewhere
Takealot as an online site is unbeatable for the service they provide the guarantee of a first class product, but what a shame that all this is let down by the fact that you have to stay at home the whole day when they deliver your order, surely they could offer a two hour time slot that way we could do something either before or after we receive our goods, and I think it is time they started using different size boxes instead of the huge ones they use now
This company must have the worst can I call it "Customer service" in the country, it is revolting to say the least, if you have a data contract and want to tell them their service is down forget it, if you call on the number they give they cut you off if you call on any SIM that is not theirs, you contact what they call customer service which is for sales only, they try to put you through to the service department and they cut you off wrong SIM so you try the internet (connected through my phone) there is no way you can get through to the service department, its only for sales what a load of ******* they should be totally ashamed of themselves for saying "contact us" you cant unless you have a Vodacom phone SIM
I must comment on the fantastic and friendly service I got from Laureete ****samy this morning, she was so helpful called me back within minutes of saying she would, I was beginning to think that service like this was a thing of the past Thank you so much for you help and efficiency
This company is the most revolting company possibly in the world and I pray every day that it will hurry up and go bankrupt they sent me a final notice 3.5 months after they got the registered letter I drove 28km there and back to be told they had returned it then I am expecting a small parcel from China and it has been at the Pinetown post office since the 16th Jan 2023 I found it was there by tracing it on a global tracing site as their does not work now I have to drive the 28kms again then pay them for the pleasure pf collecting an item that has my HOME address on it Please lord help us from this rubbish
I would have given them more stars if it was possible, the service from this company is outstanding and I would without any hesitation recommend them to anyone, I would also personally like to thank Leigh-Anne for her prompt replies THANK YOU
