My Microvalve was taken away by a technician for assessment after the initial callout. I did not accept their quote and when returned a month later it was so badly scratched, especially on the keypad that fixing it would no longer be an option. It has lost its aesthetics and as something that I keep in the kitchen, I am no longer able to do so.

After numerious efforts to cancel my subscription, ever stopping my stop order at my bank, dstv still manage to debit my account. The dstv call centre operators inform you that your cal are being recorded but are unable to send confirmation that the cancellation were done. How do people get this done???

I moved from Cell C to MTN.I received a phone via courier service because Ballito did not carry stock(Iphone4)<br> I wanted to keep my phone number which apparently can be done.Since then from pillar to post.I have dialed 808,173, 0831239622 and 0831239622 and no one could perform this task to get this phone to receive \service"on it.Now I am send back to the shop were I applied for the contract which is about 60km away from me and were told they must do it there.Day 4.I will go there now Saturday.Tomorrow.The shop assistant gave me a number 0832007224 but again a pillar to post story evolved which ended in total ignorance.I know that if I manage to get there I will have to stand in a long line again and when i will eventual reach the front will have to face up to some fairy tail.MTN should have some more personal contact and do away with the robotic helplines that fail to assist.Option 1 to 3 do not solve my kind of problem. when I tried the 0831239622 numbers every person that I spoke to gave me a different theory.I have left cell c because the area that we are in dont have signal.Getting a message 2 hours late was n bit of a problem.Myself and MTN do not start off well."""
I have bought a vehicle second hand from this people on the 18th of December 2014.I had it back on the 19th of December 2014 to inform them about a noise that it was making in the second gear. A Kia 2007 Sportage. They send me from pillar to post and today the 17th of February 2015 the problem is still not sorted the noise is still there and I sit with a vehicle that is an embarrassment to me.<br> <br> Mystic Cars did try to do something about this by sending me to their workshops but a month and a half later I am still waiting for joy. The communication is also one way only me the with the complaint phoning them and then the excuses. They have not once phoned me trying to assist or to follow up on the actions from their workshops.
