My honest review on the product was "Two different labels on outside of box, one for PETG and one for PLA but product inside box is PETG." Takealot refused the review. Is it because it is a bad reflection on Takealot quality control? Takealot is judge and jury on reviews so if the review does not suit them, it is not approved? The approval of the reviews should be independent!
Hellopeter authentication does not work, impossible to get hold of Hellopeter to report the problem. Not possible to get into my account with the sms authentication process.
My advice to South Africans is to play the lotto directly in South Africa. Lottoland has a very personal authentication process asking for photos and personal information. Not worth it!
I have tried four times to order a 220v doorbell. Every time it is a more expensive item than before, but still a completely wrong product will be delivered. Giving a one-star review to complain about wrong deliveries or poor quality of delivered products only lead to Takealot rejecting the reviews and hide the problems with products in store. With this review I want to inform Takealot that your quality control is very poor. You should pick up on matters where products keep being send back and remove those suppliers and products from your list.
My first disappointment with MTN was when they lost all my data and phone time on my Pay as You go. MTN Langeberg Mall, Mossel Bay had no interest to help me and after contacting the ***** number I was, only by change, informed that MTN lost numerous customer accounts and I had to wait over the weekend for it to be rectified. My second disappointment was approaching MTN Langeberg Mall, Mossel Bay and ask them to send my phone for repairs. They outright informed me that Pay as You Go numbers are not considered for repairs. Vodacom welcomed me and repaired my phone. After 30+ years with MTN - Goodbye MTN, your service sucks!!!

I have created a Global Account and have difficulty to get the account to function properly. After numerous attempts to Global customer service my first query has been half heartedly addressed and thereafter after four attempts not even been answered. I am gladly going to close my Personal and Business account when I am back in South Africa. What a unprofessional bank and services with no contempt for customers and circumstances.
