Myself and Fianci experienced Saturday the worse Saturday of our life at sanlam Parow food*****s it was the worse till we ever took bad service horrible packaging and people that dies not know what they doing even the supervisor was like a headless chicken they don't even know what's the combo specials I had to explain we not going there again
We took our kids to N1 ster kinekor to watch SpongeBob and the popcorn and smarties was very old. I complained but was ignored
I am very unhappy with online checkers 60 I ordered a gazebo yesterday and my fiance opened it immediately when it came only to find out that the poles are missing I called instantly help desk spoke to many people that didt do anything 4 me I am still waiting my credit back in jy wallet they had the nerve to ask me to send pictures of the gazebo and will have someone collect it before they can refund me if almost R1000 this is not fair being a loyal customer and they make as if you are lying people be careful of them if issue not resolved I will take matters further with the ombudsman they want to keep yr money bunch of ******* reference number 7114277
I am sending again my complaint because no one is listening after many emails reminders watsup I'm still waiting on my refund since I placed online order online service is most pathetic keep on saying it's been paid in my account when that account closed in October my bank checked no payment has come in so I shared my new bank details on the 4th November still nothing and they keep on repeating saying we paid in the account where I purchased it's r599 I must get and this needs to be sorted if not I will go in store and speak to a manager about this I would have even asked for another product but they did their own thing and just refunded me without calling me to ask what I would like to do poor customer service 🙁🙁🙁
I went to hifi for an android stick that showed 850 the service was just the most horrible experience this special was till the Sunday pass I went the Saturday the person at the till knew nothing and told me it's 950 then she called the supervisor she look told me spec2is over already I was so upset even showed the picture she was not friendly I went elsewhere and got a better deal I was about to buy it cash pathetic they won't see me again they slow unfriendly and half asleep
Spur N1 City the most pathetic service ever took my kids for a milkshake it was horrible I ordered a Dom pesto that tasted like vanilla ice cream told the lady that was serving she was not even interested in what I said about the Dom Pedro my kids was not happy and wanted to leave I will not visit them again and go elsewhere it was so full horrible noise and horrible seat
Makro online service is very pathetic in South Africa please do not purchase online the commicstion is sucks my item got lost they don't call u they just refund me and that account they refund is closed they cannot even call me to ask which account to use to pay my money back thru just do there own thing pathetic

I just ordered by pick n pay they deduct 2 times 707 rand off my account im very unhappy if i have to call them i will have to buy airtime and call them the app is not user friendly and i dont like it i want my money back very unhappy about this. I will not buy again from this app if they can just come and take yr money
