I am relocating and asked for my line to be migrated. At first there was a confusion with the address. On 09 Dec I was told that the installation will be done within 1 to 7 days. When I phoned again on the 17 th Dec I was told that the line provider has closed and my line would only be installed after 7 Jan. I need to start working from home on the 19 Dec for and need internet to be able to work.
Since I bought my Ford Ranger in 2022 I have been having issues with it. The day the Ranger was delivered the GPS did not pick up Bloemfontein at all. After which I reset the the computer myself due to the sales consultant taking too long to get back to me. Since then the Ranger computer intermittently does not come on at all. You have to switch the whole bakkie off first and switch it back on. Also the warning alarms also change it sounds by it self. It seems that this happens mostly in the winter months. Both these problems were already highlighted with both services the Ranger had, but are still not resolved. Then this past weekend when driving to Mossel bay the bakkie starting to make a screeching noise and also lost power. It did not want to go any faster than 120km/h and feels like it does not have any power. I phoned the service consultant from the previous service on Monday and asked to bring the Ranger in, but that I would require a loan car. He said that he would follow-up and let me know once a available loan car was available. Today is Wednesday. I have not had any feedback yet.
I am paying R1250 for fiber a month to be able to work from home. On the evening of 28 Aug 2024 my fiber went off. The morning of the 29th Aug I logged a ticket and got a call back from Afrihost telling me it is my router that is out dated. I went and bought a new router, still no fiber. Logged another ticket and got told it is a vumatel outage. around 4pm still had no internet and logged another ticket. The call lasted almost 30 ins with aal the testing I was requested to perform and only after that a ticket was logged to vumatel. This morning my internet was still not on. After 9 I received a call from Afrihost informing me that the issue was resolved. When I got home just after 10am I still had no internet. I logged another ticket just to be infirmed once again that it is a vumatel outage. This is a second day that I would need to pay for additional mobile data just to be able to work since there is still no resolution from Afrihost
Ford credit at ABSA. I made additional payment of a large amount on my account in Oct 2023 and for it to be recapitalise. I also asked for a letter to be able to take my bakkie across the border to Namibia According to the the automatic response both these requests should only take 1 business day. The just responded that I should contact them closer to date of my travel which is in December and NEVER recapitalised the additional money I paid. Thus calculate the interest still on the full amount.
Tomorrow it will be a week from my first review due to money missing from my FNB account and still have not received any feedback from FNB. But the did deduct their banking fees as well. Late payment fees will apply to the payments that was made the merchants never received it and it is not in my bank account anymore. Nobody from FNB has phoned me. I only received a email last Friday, requesting details and today it is Thursday again.
So I have been trying to make online payments with direct FTE with the second company responding that they did not receive payment. But the money is ou of my bank account. Contacted FNB toe reverse after the first payment just to find ou that they charge over R300 for this. Now I want to know WHERE DID MY MONEY GO??? If it is not in my account any more but the merchant also did not receive it????
I placed a order on the 11 May 2022 with an immediate EFT on their app and the amount went of my bank account of R2676. I was informed later that they canceled the order as they did not receive payment. But the money is out of my bank account. I followed up multiple times and send proof of payment. I have received no feedback from them. I have even phoned them and could not receive any answers. Zando seems to have become a fraudulent company.
I bought a chainsaw on special in Aug 2020. But did not use it till Oct 2020 since I did not have a gardener. We used it for 2 days after which it did not want to start again. I took my gardener to Makro so that he could explain at the returns department what was wrong with it and they said that hey will send it for repairs and it will take 4 to six weeks. The chainsaw had No external damage. Late Dec 2020 I was notified by Makro that they had quoted me R800 to repair a broken breakcover. This was not broken the day we gave the chainsaw in and I asked the lady to have her supervisor phone me as I would. Not pay for damage Makro did. Till today the 11 Jan 2021 nobody has phoned me back yet and the chainsaw was at Makro for 3months yesterday
