I recently started playing Airsoft, not knowing anything about the equipment, I asked the friendly, professional staff at the Sandton branch for advice - They recommended a rifle which I bought. Once bought, I realized that the rifle I bought was wrong for my needs. Without any questions or hesitation the guys exchanged it for me. I highly recommend this awesome team! (Dorian & Miles) PS: I’ve subsequently had a very similar experience from Innocent at the Fourways branch so the management must be doing something right!
I recently got the itch to play Airsoft, not knowing where to start I asked a few friends on Facebook and was referred to Walker Wargame. Walking into this massive 600+sqm store was very intimidating, literally hundreds of options (and that’s just the guns) Pierre approached us and for the next 2 hours, time stood still. Nothing or no else mattered, Pierre gave us his undivided attention and answered every single stupid question we had with utmost professionalism. What an incredible customer service experience! I also shared a similar experience with another employee but embarrassingly I can’t remember his name. These guys got it right and will definitely see me again!
I have never seen such incredible customer service having ordered Lego at 7pm in the evening and receiving it by 1pm the next day. Amazon Prime for what?
What exactly is the point of MIOSA? It’s the most useless, none customer friendly function I’ve ever experienced. Their strategy is clearly to take so long in the hope that your issue just goes away so that they don’t have to do anything. It’s an absolute ****show!
It is an absolute disgrace that during this time Cell C Fibre does not have a support contact center! You can only send a mail that never gets response. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Absolutely love these guys, Excellent, professional service and extremely fairly priced.
