Pay my account receive email and sms stating account in ARREARS. GO TO STORE TO FOLLOW UP WHY PAYMENT DOES NOT REFLECT I GET TOLD SHOULD SHOW WITHIN 2 TO 3 DAYS B.....****. TFG NEEDS TO BE BOYCOTTED SERIOUSLY I AM FURIOUS ABOUT THE WAY WE AS CLIENTS GET TREATED. STATEMENT SAYS PHONECALLS CHARGES ETC ETC I HAVE NEVER EVEN SPOKEN TO AN AGENT REGARDING MY ACCOUNT WHEN REQUESTING A DETAILED ACCOUNT FROM TFG YOU RECEIVE EMAIL FROM THE MAKING ARRANGEMENT TO PAY YOUR ACCOUNT DEPT. EMAIL STATES FILL OUT A SURVEY ABSOLUTE JOKE I WAS GOING THROUGH ALL THE REVIEWS ON HELLO PETER. I PERSONALLY THINK OMBUDSMAN NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED TOO MANY COMPLAINTS AND TILL NOW STILL NOT SORTED. McDonald's woodmead bad service. Ordered a snackwrap meal. Ordered sml burger chips cooldrink. To find on the burger no onions no garnish no tomato sauce only a patty. We spoke to Maggie the manager all she can say Is sorry. But yet we had to wait for that quick make patty on a dry roll. Disgusting You need to replace current manager not accommodating at all...
My Brother has been trying for 3 days for staff members and technical division to assist him with his account today 4 days AND STILL NOBODY CAN ASSIST EVERY TIME WE GET ASKED TO SEND THE SAME SCREEN SHOTS OVER AND OVER AGAIN COMMUNICATION AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY NOT WELL TRAINED TO ASSIST IN ANY TECHNICAL ERRORS OR ACCOUNTS. I ENQUIRED ABOUT THERE SERVICE ON WIFI THE 17TH AUGUST 2023 WHERE AN AGENT DID NOT EXPLAIN HIMSELF AS FAR AS WIFI IS CONCERNED HE SAID R249 SUBSCRIPTION A MONTH BUT R249 WAS ONLY FOR A SIM AND NOT A ROUTER. I THEN IMMEDIATELY EFT R249 OVER TO THERE ACCOUNT WHERE I CONTACTED THERE OFFICES TO FIND OUT A LITTLE MORE TO FIND THAT IS WAS ONLY FOR A SIM. I IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED WHERE THEY REFUNDED MY MONIES BACK INTO MY BANK. ON THE 2ND SEPTEMBER 2023 THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN FOR R249 I AM SINCE THEN BATTLING TO GET MY MONIES REFUNDED. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS I GET TOLD FUNDS ARE LOADED TO BE RELEASED UNTIL NOW STILL NO MONIES. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A COMPANY THAT HAS NO BUSINESS ETHICS AXXESS STAFF MEMBERS CANNOT CALL ME TO EXPLAIN ALL THEY DO IS SEND EMAILS AND BELIEVE ME THERE EMAILS MAKE NO SENSE AT ALL. On Saterday the 16th Sept 2023 my Fiance bought cheese from Pick n pay Brakpan. To my absolute disgust on grating the cheese and making sandwiches the toasted sandwiches tasted like perfume or hand soap. My brother went and spoke to manager his answer was we have never had a problem with cheese. Today my brother goes and explains again about the cheese he gets told too little salt in the cheese. Price of cheese R50.18 who has money to throw away like that. I would personally like the manager to contact me as i am at work in the day and dont always get time to go and shop at pick n pay. I have the toasted bread that was made on tuesday night with the wrapping of the cheese that was purchased. Other alternative i will send the bread with cheese to health inspector and we can have the matter solved. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I did an enquiry on wifi internet fibre through them via email. A consultant contacted me i then paid R249.00 over to Axxess in order to receive tge fibre. I then found out that the 249.00 did not cover the router only the sim. I requested a cancellation and refund. Which i received 17th Aug 2023. 3 september 2023 they debited my account of R249.00 plus i had to pay R7 for the debit order after i cancelled with them in August 2023. Now i am battling to get my R249.00 refunded. I sent them the proof of funds that were debited from my account 3rd September 2023. Plus the R7 for the debit order. I am disgusted in the way i am treated as the person in accounts dept states no debit order went off only in aug 2023. I am not a client of theres
My daughter was admitted to Dalview life hospital in Brakpan. An elderly lady that was laying next door to my daughter got up out of bed to take a walk as she could not sleep. To find that all the medical staff were sleeping in the medical ward between 1:30 and 2:00am in the morning. Now surely they have there off days where they rest aswell as reasonable working hours. I seriously hope that is matter gets taken up seriously this is really a disgrace to know that medical staff don't have the passion to deal with patients anymore. Please get back to me as I am in doubt whether to even refer people to Dalview clinic.
I PURHASED VEHICLE IN 2011 FOR MY SPOUSE. I GOT DIVORCED IN 2016. MY DIVORCE SETTLEMENT STATES THAT SHE TAKES THE VEHICLE AND MAKES ALL NECESSARY PAYMENTS ON THE VEHICLE THAT INCL: MONTHLY INSTALLMENT, FINES, INSURANCES, TOLL GATES AND ALSO THE UP KEEP OF THE VEHICLE. I STRUGGLED FOR MONTHS TO GET THE VEHICLE BACK AFTER WESBANK CONTACTED ME AND INFORMED ME OF NO MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS ON THE VEHICLE. ON THE 22/12/2017 YVONNE HAD MY VEHICLE AS I WAS ATTENDING A XMAS FUNCTION. I ASKED HER TO KEEP MY PHONE AS SHE IS MY PARTNER. SHE CALLED ME FROM LEMON TREE SHOPPING MALL SAYING THAT THERE ARE 4 MEN STANDING OUTSIDE THE VEHICLE AFTER THEY CALLED ON THE CELL PHONE. SHE SPOKE TO THE MEN AND EXPLAINED THAT SHE WAS BUSY WITH HER XMAS SHOPPING. SHE WAS TOLD THAT SHE CAN FINISH UP THEY WILL WAIT. (NO IDENTIFICATION WAS PRODUCED TO PROVE WHO THESE MEN WERE) WHEN SHE ARRIVED AT THE VEHICLE AFTER HER SHOPPING SHE SAW THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REMOVED FROM THE LEMON TREE PARKING LOT. MY DAUGHTER EPELEPTIC MEDICATION IS IN THE VEHICLE. MY TOOLS I NEED TO WORK WITH ARE IN THE VEHICLE AS WELL AS HOUSE KEYS WHICH DO NOT BELONG TO ME. THE KEYS THAT BELONG TO A FRIEND HAD TO GET A LOCKSMITH OUT TO CHANGE LOCKS. IT COST ME TO PAY R600.00 FOR A TAXI ON THE 22/12/2017 (VEHICLE STOLEN) I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO NOTIFY YOU THAT I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ASHLEY STONE AND HE WAS GOING TO ARRANGE ALL THE NECESSARY ASWELL AS HIM ASKING ME TO EMAIL MY DIVORCE DEGREE THROUGH WHICH I DID. HE OBVIOUSLY IS NOT SO CLUED UP WITH REPO'S OF VEHICLES. I DID ASK HIM TO SEND ME A BREAKDOWN OF THE DISCUSSION WHICH WAS NOT DONE HE ONLY EMAILED A STATEMENT OF VEHICLE. HE ALSO CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THE DIVORCE SETTLEMENT IS NOT VALID. 08/01/2018 I HAD TO ASK A FRIEND TO TAKE ME TO THE AUCTION SITE AND I WAS TOLD BY SECURITY THAT I MUST COME BACK ON AUCTION DATE 22/01/2018/ UNTIL NOW ALL MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS ARE IN THE VEHICLE
Good day I arrived @ the bank (Lemon tree branch Alberton) @ 08:50am 9/04/2016. Steel roll up door was halway up. So I knocked on the door to ask if they will be opening @ 8:00 on the dot. Nobody came out @ that time. When the bank opened @ 8 am I then walked in. And Lebohang Mofokeng said to me I want to talk to you stand here. To my disgust he said we don't want people banging on doors. Can you get out of this bank whils inside this branch. I then replied I will not as I am here to do a deposit. Then he got on the phone and called someone. Whilst he was on the phone I walked to the teller to do a deposit. The white guy that work there was instructed to take down my details. Lebohang Mofokeng then called securiy and told me to get out. <br> <br> This matter will be taken up with local media as well as radio stations. I honestly feel knocking on a door and banging are 22 different things. I request footage as banks have the necessary cameras to prove.<br> <br> <br> If lebohang does not get fired I will certainly take this matter further. <br> <br> I need your Urgent attention to this matter.
