The experience of 28 years as a business policy holder this is what the company got out: Just before lock-down, the 1st business vehicle accident claim in Feb 2020. 22 years later was the result in getting this out: In this claim the Isuzu Bakkie was written off 6 March 2020 by OUTsurance, just to find it driving in Mpumalanga 21 May 2020 during lock-down with the original personalized number plates and company's branding still on the bakkie, as it was left with the accident. OUTsurance received the RC1 document 9 March 2020. It obviously remained in the company's name after a fine was received. No deregistration, no transfers after NCO documents was signed at OUTsurance Centurion head office 9 March 2020. A original business policy since 1998 gets a brand new business policy number in 2023, after a so called migration. 25 years historical history lost. A residential property added in 2014, build in 2013 becomes the original business policy taken out in 1998. On the company's claim record at OUTsurance the R126 820.00 authorised amount for the Isuzu Bakkie paid out 10 March 2020, now becomes an amount of R32 709.97 on the very same day the accident occurred. OUTsurance response: A mistake and errors made. "there hasn't been any negative impact to your policy profile as a result from this"

This is regarding electricity bills from a security estate in Pretoria that has overcharged a family member by approximately 4 times over the last couple of years. The security estate has now turned their back on the situation and are not willing to reimburse anything despite the evidence. I need someone good to get justice". I am glad to see I am not the only homeowner in Midstream experiencing problems with electricity bills. December 2025 after renting my house for the year, I compared my December 24/25 electricity bills and with a shock realised a 113% increase. I then emailed Jan Zeederberg of Bondev, as one of the owners of MES. This was his reply to me: "Electricity tariff within Midstream are app**** in accordance with the requirements of the National Energy Regulator of South Africa ( NERSA). Midstream Electrical (MES) operates as an electricity reseller and under its conditions. MES is not permitted to independently determine, approve or vary tariffs and do no deviate from the approved Eskom tariff structure". How did Eskom and Nersa get the 113% increase approved? After numerous emails to various people in MES with no replies, visiting the MES office, requesting a meeting where I was going to record it, nobody became available. They left me with no choice to report them to various authorities in South Africa.

In the two months of 2026, I have learned the following as a homeowner after 12 years of residency in Midlands Estate. 1. POPIA has a new meaning after an incident reported to HOA as a homeowner. 2. Verification documentation needs transparency and should be send to a homeowner after requests. 3. A homeowner is entitled to transparent communication at all times. 4. HOA should be approachable and not avoidable.
I have a Flexi reserve facility with ABSA home loans. I asked for a better rate with ABSA since my account started with Trust Bank years ago. They gave me a rate of 8.98. Unfortunately my monthly repayments don't correspond to this so called new rate given. It is actually more. I am constantly in contact with my personal banker, which also doesn't come to light with proper answers on why they charge more than the expected repayments?
If you want to end up like me, get Pellarini Pools in Midstream to do your monthly pool services. From 1st November 2024 they started with a sparkling blue pool doing the monthly pool services at my house. In December 2024 my house was rented out to tenants for 1 year. On 26 August 2025 the tenant reports the following on the group including myself and Pam Golding regarding the pool: "I wanted to know if they ever sample the water and test it? The reason being it's painful as the devil to get water from the pool in your eyes. The answers from the guys was all over from no, yes silence when I asked when the last sample was taken". I moved back 1 December 2025. On 9 December I get the normal message before they close that "each chlorine pool will receive a floater to assist with necessary maintenance during this time". 30 December I get back from holiday I find the following: A creepy stuck in the righthand corner op my pool bottom, on taking it out it's like glue due to the PH, and to top it 2 floaters opened on large for my small 5x3m. Then the proses started with myself and the Luigi to sample and get the water tested. The PH was a problem for a while already. The sample water we both took from the same pool came out with different results, it was basically impossible. I then started to take the water to different pool companies for sampling. A file full of 30 plus tests done. My lawyer suggested to drain the pool as numerous tests suggested it. Luigi knew the state of the pool deterioration daily as pictures was send daily as proof. I ended up mid February with a green rotten pool also due to the rain that occurred 02 February. I will definitely not recommend this pool company.
My name is Rene I would like to share my experience with a private rental from one of the agents at Jacaranda. 1 February 2025 to 30 November 2025 which was suppose to be for a 1 year rental. I rented a small house on the front portion of the property in Erasmuskloof, from a public figure in the Erasmuskloof area, well known man. A nightmare rental gone seriously wrong. It started with a camera on the landlords wall facing right into my back door showing my kitchen and lounge for their display. Then I found things in my house not in the same position just to find out they have keys and remotes to my house. I then put a chain on my front door to stop them entering *******ly. A storeroom situated right next to my bedroom door, started to become occupied by the landlord wife to eavesdrop. After a device was installed at the bottom of the door to record the noise when the door is opened. Duct tape on the door's outline. This behaviour stopped immediately. The two side gates had no locks on leading to the front of my rental property, which resulted in them coming and going as it suited them, no privacy. I placed locks on after consulting with my lawyer. DSTV was included in the rental, June I was asked to pay extra for DSTV, I refused. I was then accused of racial hatred in the beginning of May just to find out on Saturday 18 October the gardener Alex had to cut this landlords front grass with a electric mower/ electrical extension in his raincoat in the pouring rain!!!!!!!! Needless to say he never returned. From the 21 May to 5 June I had to open my driveway gate manually, 1st they blamed the batteries, then the remotes just to find out the motor was faulty and never serviced as said by the landlord right in the beginning of my rental. 22 July dogs barking at my bedroom window in the early morning hours. The landlord at that stage had 4 poodles. On asking the agent to find out the landlord said it was the neighbours dogs. I went next door to ask the lady she assured me it is not her dogs. They cant enter the premises to bark right next at my bedroom window. 24 July - 7 Aug the domestic Alina went on leave. Her room is basically on my side of the bedroom. The landlords front door is also basically right at my bedroom window. In this time I had 6 incidents in the early morning hours right at my bedroom window. On pressing the panic button which was given to me by the landlord right in the beginning, they have the audacity to cancel it, every time I pressed it in the early morning hours due to someone pulling on my gate right at my bedroom window. The boards displayed on the gates for the armed response was never connected by the landlord. On the 27 July I went to Garsfontein police station to open a case of harassment against the landlord and his wife. I then consulted with my lawyer. I placed CCTV cameras in my windows. This harassment stopped immediately due to the cameras recording any movements. Then the gardener "refuse" to work in the front garden because of my cameras showing to my front garden section, only to find out the landlords wife told him not to do my garden anymore, with the result I stayed in a jungle with all the ****s right in my face. Then the unthinkable happened 03 November 2025 at 08h10 I open my front door, just to find my front driveway gate open right and left my garage door open, with anyone walking in the street having access to my open garage. My golfclubs, my personal belongings open for anyone to take. I went to the police again to open a case. On the 30 November I moved out overnight after I found the front driveway gate open again. I wouldn't wish this to my worst enemy. Unfortunately the agent was more on their side as they are friends, and she kept on saying we have no proof. I reminded her that a affidavit is a binding document which can be used in court. The CCTV footage, the pictures taken are ALL evidence can be used in court.
My name is Rene I would like to share my experience with this company. My deposit was paid over 20-01-2025 to his client. 'It was identified that the deposit had not been placed in an interest-bearing account by our previous bookkeeper" This was the email received by the company due to me questioning why the interest had a shortfall. Eventually the shortfall interest was paid on 23 December 2025. "My apologies we have paid the interest in the wrong account" This was the email received by the company due to me questioning but where is the interest? On the pop my name and surname is clear but it was not my account number. "Proof of payment in the amount of R..... with regards to interest calculated manually from 03 March2025 to 26 November 2025". Deposit paid 20 January 2025, on the 26 November 2025 I was still staying in the rental property?? Not adding up. I then asked for a proper statement which reflects the "true state of affairs" as the statement I have received from the company is not true nor correct. "Ons beskou die aangeleentheid as afgehandel". ( We consider the matter closed). This was the email received by the company due to me asking for a new statement. No new statement was received by this company.
If you want to pay to be taken for a ride get Pam Golding Centurion lady agents in "the" estate in Centurion to do a corporate rental for you. This was my 1st time rental and the convincing lady agent from Pam Golding was the person I picked from 10 estate agents in the estate who I invited to my house for selling or renting my house out. This is a 1 sided business of note. The lady agent who painted a picture of a win-win rental never happened. She and the tenant benefited. I would definitely not recommend this lady agent from Pam Golding in "the" estate in Centurion for any corporate rentals, or Pam Golding for that matter. It is clear that she never took the following into consideration, no house = no corporate rental in my case. Lack of transparency was my biggest issue with this lady agent at Pam Golding Centurion working in "the" estate in Centurion. Make 180% sure before you even consider Pam Golding as your estate agent in "the" estate in Centurion.
I am a victim of ***** at Vodacom Business LTE Durban. It is the 2nd time this year that my account has been used with my name and surname for products ordered. It was not me. I am in Gauteng this is in Durban. On 3 February 2025 I had to go to the police station with a dispute on my company letter head, do 3 sample signatures in front of the police commissioner, got my ID and all documents certified. Took a lot of my time. It has been sent to : *****Disputes@Vodacom.co.za several times to ensure they get it. According to Vodacom the problem was another company in Empangeni who is guilty but it is now sorted out I wont have ***** on my account again. February 2025. On the 12 May 2025 new items was ordered on my name and surname again. The Vodacom ***** department expect me to do the whole police thing again wasting my time to proof it was not me. This time I am NOT interested in Vodacom's stories and excuses. They allow ***** to continue on my account and I need to proof my innocents'. Unacceptable from such a big company.
