I purchased a washing machine on Sunday 8 March. Delivery was supposed to be on Thursday 12 March, the driver called me at 6am and says he cannot deliver after 5pm because he has only a few deliveries and will be done by 1pm so he is coming before 7am, how can I be told that I have to be there to receive at that time when I am on my way to work, after going back and forth trying to make arrangements for delivery after 5pm. Then delivery was supposed to be here today 13 March after 5pm and when I look on the app to track my order it says it was already delivered and signed for by my domestic Elizabeth. I do not have a domestic named Elizabeth, so clearly I have been ******** here. I do not trust what is happening here someone has ****** my order and no one from Takealot is answering any of the requests I have logged. I live in a complex and no access is granted without an access code provided by me, so if I didn't give anyone an access code that means the delivery did not even come to my complex. Because no driver even contacted me today 13 March so takealot owes me a lot money.
This stores seems to have a tendency to pack short wings. It happened on 3 separate occasions that I was given 1 short and this time around it was 2 short. I have overlooked every time previously but not this time. I can only imagine how many other customers this is happening to if I myself have experienced this so many times. This is just unacceptable.
Booked a massage as a treat for my husband and I for Saturday 19 Oct as we celebrated our 20 year anniversary. It was simply amazing. We left there feeling so relaxed. Been there a few times before but this was by far the best we have experienced. Thank you for the perfect end to our day.
So annoyed with Nestle, 2 logged complaints and 6 emails later. I am constantly told that the voucher has been sent to my cell number. Yet I keep telling your people that I have received NOTHING!!!!!! I even put my cell number every email that I have sent back stating that I have not received anything.

I logged a complaint at the beginning of February....One month later and I haven't even received so much as an apology, this just goes to show how a customer's opinion is valued at this restaurant. When you cannot value your customers opinion you do not belong in the service industry!!!! Bad publicity spreads faster than good publicity and believe me I will tell everyone who I know not to go to Mimmos Forest Hill.
We have eaten at Mimmos Forest Hill previously but yesterday was just so disappointing!!! Just because it is half price that does not mean we should get half the amount of topping on a pizza and since when do we not get the usual condiments (Garlic, chili, Parmesan) we were told if we wanted those we would have to pay for it. I find this to be highly unacceptable. And the service was nothing to rave about either. I had to constantly repeat myself which I found very annoying. A family night out will never be at this restaurant again.

I went to Game Mall@Reds in September to purchase a TV unit, there was no stock apart from the display unit, I then went to customer service to get a call back voucher, I waited for nearly 15mins and no one came to assist me I then had to go to the cashiers to ask who can assist me, they announced for someone to come we waited no one came, I went again to ask for assistance eventually someone came, I was given the call back voucher and 1 month later no once calls to notify me the stock has arrived. Really horrifying service.
I PURCHASED MEALS AT CHICKEN LICKEN ON SUNDAY. WHEN I GOT HOME AND SAT DOWN WITH MY FAMILY TO EAT, WE WERE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED, WE LOST OUR APPETITE. THE POPS WERE SO SALTY THEY WERE ALMOST INEDIBLE AND THE HOT WINGS STILL HAD FEATHERS ON IT. HOW DO YOU PREPARE CHICKEN WITHOUT MAKING SURE IT IS PROPERLY CLEANED, THIS IS REALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. FURTHER MORE THE SERVICE AT THIS STORE IS NOTHING TO RAVE ABOUT.
