Buying from them before was a good experience, but the last order for 3D printer Creality Hyper PLA filament is a disaster. They clearly sent me a filament which is not Hyper PLA although marked as such. Could not be used at 220 deg C or at 200mm/sec print speed. Appears more glossy as Hyper PLA. Filament behaves like low speed PETG and only prints at 250 deg C without clogging at low speed. I tried communicating with them to return, test and exchange for proper Hyper PLA but received no response, I then offered to keep the "PETG-like" filament and re-order proper Hyper PLA at reduced cost to make up the price difference, no reponse from them after several messages. Unfortunately their dealings in filaments seems fishy, after-sale service is also non-existence. Will not order from them again.
I placed the order in the afternoon and they still managed to have it delivered the next day to Pretoria. I bought from them before and every time they surprise me with the service. The best price also I could get for Creality Hyper PLA filament as well. Delivery handled by Katlego excellent. Well done!
Advanced Green Energy Solutions installed a 4.5KW Heat Pump for my Geyser. I am glad I went with their recommendation for 4.5KW on my 150L geyser as this unit can be set on 60-65 deg C. 55 deg C on the smaller unit is just a little bit too low for my liking. I am very satisfied with the performance. Barry offered the best price out of three contractors and Louis did an excellent job with the installation. Friendly people to work with.
Another day of Sage Offline, cannot help my clients waiting for a quote or an invoice. Any way to contact them accept the bot (which by the way is also dead) - No Quite embarrassing
I received an FICA requirement email in July 2020. I submitted a dispute for change of company details - REF_18359929, I forwarded the updated document on 1st August 2022. On 20 August I received the same non-updated doc back with a warning that my acount will frozen. I again forwarded the updated document on 20 August.. I checked my account online, and it showed no outstanding documents and says FICA clearance is in progress. TODAY- 5 September 2022 FNB sent me another warning that my FICA requirements are outstanding and my account will be frozen. So guess who will be emptying the account and move my business elsewhere?
As usual on a Monday or a Friday, their servers can't handle the load, everything times out, can't print an invoice while my client is waiting, how embarrassing!
After holding for 20 minutes to get an answer, someone eventually answered. I explained I want to cancel the Vitality option, I was transferred around to several people, eventually just got cut-off. Typical South African big company lack of service! Try to use the word "cancel" and you will run around forever.
So I signed up for an account so I can deliver a small package to a client in spain Spain. It actually worked. The unit defaulted and send a replacement device the second time to the same client - all hell broke loose! For three weeks they didn't deliver. I communicated the client's contact number again (with whom) I was in daily contact via Whatsapp), and hus email address. I received an email confirm all is good, they will deliver. Next moment R 2295 deducted from my account for import duties although the client should have paid for that. Then next moment they are at my door returning the package, again deducting R650 form my account for a small little package weighing only 100g ! There is now way to cancel your account online. I asked several times by email. Their support by telephone is unreachable and when you get through you will get a silly answer that an agent will contac you, it never happened. STAY AWAY FROM THESE *******S!
In May 2019 I canceled a service for a data line and IP phone they never installed but deducted monthly for more than a year. I proved that no data was used but had to pay the R 1800 as a final payment as was confirmed at their office in The Grove. Now after two years they demand another payment again and listed me at a credit buro. Totally bankrupt, corrupt and incompetent fools!
