<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I logged an order to change my debit order amount on my Home Load. I logged this on 6.6.2017 with reference HL004K221. I filled the form out and sent it to ********** on 7.6.2017 and nothing happened. I logged another request which would simply not submit on your webiste.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now, it's is over 1 month later and still there is no response from you and I have paid interest on money which I should not have paid simply because your bank cannot manage my request. I have sent this request again this morning and I expect it to resloved right away.</p> <p> </p> <p>I suspect you will do nothing about the additional interest you charged me due to your banks lack of customer service too.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Tim Dell</p>
<p>I had the misfortune of dealing with the cartique. </p> <p> </p> <p>I sold my car to them on the '60 day buy out' agreement with 2 defined payment dates for the vehicle. They honored neither the of the payment dates nor the 60 day agreement. I was only paid over the course of two months by means of 4 postdated cheques which took 10 working days to clear each time and these payments were only made after two separate letters from my attorney.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot stress how important it is to not deal with this organisation. The owner I dealt with was Roy and the sales person, who contacted me and lured me into the dealership, was named Oriana Bourne. Both these individuals lied to me numerous times.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would encourage others who experience this and read this review in hindsight to report this company to the Motor Vehicle Ombudsman as I have done. Perhaps if enough people complain something will be done about this. <p>Dear Fedhealth,</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife gave birth via emergency C section in March this year. It took me months sort out the erroneous processing of claims, which I had to piece together, with your telephone consultants who are generally very helpful. Finally I believe I am at a point where everything is sorted out when I am presented with a claim fom the obstetrician saying we still owe a large ammount. I called your consultants this moring only to find out that Fedhealth does not pay above medical aid rates in hospital, which frankly is ridiculous as the number of doctors who actually charge the medical aid rate are few and far between, and that they would not pay the balance from my savings unless requested. Not paying from the savings with out asking me first is fair however there is no information which explains this to customers so how are we to know that this is the process.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your network of doctors is shocking and to find a doctor which will actually deal with Fedhealth is next to impossible. On top of all of that you have added massive amounts to my self payment gap, no doubt for some reason becasue I haven't used network doctors, so I have basically been without medical aid since April and there is no way I am going to get through this payment gap before the end of the year. Yet, despite this, I still pay a massive sum to your every month for almost nothing in return. </p> <p> </p> <p>Your service is a sham.</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day.</p>
<p>Good day FNB,</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday I bought a new bed and today I recieved an sms and an email from you saying my credit card is now blocked and I should contact you right away to confirm this transaction. I have tried to contact you and I can't get through because you're 'expeiriencing high call volumes'. Now I can't use my credit card and if I am to use my debit card for purchases you'll downgrade my ebucks status.</p> <p> </p> <p>While I appreciate the fact that you monitor my card for fraud, simply blocking it without making any effort to contact me is simply not acceptable. While I am mentioning sevices which you have that are clearly useless, as one of your private clients who has a 'personal banker' I would like to state that this service is not all it is crakced up to be and when I have tried to use it in the past I have not even recieved a reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really do like FNB and I have banked with you for over 20 years and I wouldn't consider moving to another bank but blocking my card and asking me to contact you to confirm a transaction is absolute rubbish. I have ordered from Superbalist a number of times and they have always been really great. Orders have always been delivered timeously and everything has always been correct.<br> <br> I ordered recently and the item came but it did not fit correctly and I required a smaller size. I used their online returns tool and they arranged for the courier to pick the item up and shipped me the smaller size for free. I incurred no charges and it was all sorted out within the same week.<br> <br> Superbalist is great, I would highly recommend them.
I needed a new gas cylinder and gas and Khalil was able to help me and have the bottle delivered the following day. I really feel he went out of his way to help me and kept me informed of what was going on at all points. <br> <br> The service was extremely helpful and I would recommend Simsgas to others.
Jabu really delivered some good service and even remember me weeks after I had the car assessed.<br> <br> Automagic also did a great job on the repairs.
