This academy is a ****, I paid for lessons and was ignored when I asked when the classes will start. I paid in end November for December classes and to date those classes have not happened yet I'm now getting billed for more. it's a ****, you have been warned!0 replies

RCS is STILL making it impossible to close Game account
I have been trying to close my Game account since May it is now August and the account is still showing an outstanding balance of R1 on my credit profile. How is this possible?? it has been such a a nightmare dealing with RCS. If any one is considering a Game or RCS credit card, please DON'T DO IT you will have a hard time closing that account. RCS makes it impossible to close Game account
I have been trying to close my game store account since 21 May 2018. I payed the settlement amount in the store on 21 May 2018 and requested for my account to be closed on the same day. I was told that my account would be closed by the 10th June 2018. I called to check if the account had been closed and was told that the account is still in the process of being closed and the process would only be completed by the 10th July 2018. This is completely unacceptable. Please close may account.3 replies
