Am currently stranded at OR Tambo International. Cemair online booking system apparently has a issue, my confirmed booking cant be found yet the payment has gone through, booked flight gone no manager available could help meanwhile my child is on danger
Sanlam had stopped my policy end of October due to being behind. I tried to negotiate reinstating the policy but was told no I must start over again. Since November until now 28/02/2022 Sanlam has been debiting my account, the inconvenience they caused me in December cannot be measured, taking money kept to travel to work before December pay. Just now I needed to pay something very important, but to find Sanlam gain has taken my money. The money i lost in reversing these transitions is what hurts me the most, yet I must claim while they have no permission to debit anymore. They kept robbing my bank by changing the ref number and debit date. This is day light robbery. I hate to hear the name sanlam I regret having to once trust them.
I am very annoyed by service received by FNB connect. This morning I urgently needed to make a very important phone call, and when I last time checked I had R0.61, that was yesterday. and quickly purchased R15 FNB Connect airtime, I have this call which lasted 5 seconds, and another one 25 seconds. The second call dropped due to no airtime, how? Becuase it was important call, I quickly bought another R15 voucher, but I could not make calls, still had no airtime. So it means even the first voucher didn't come through. How does one can sooo inconvenience? I cried because those were important calls in my life, while on the road. Eventually, I managed to call FNB, and told about 48 hour investigation and for 2 times the call dropped while still hanging not yet finalised? Seriously? If i was to die, i could have died just because of FNB that has failed me.
On the 26 November 2017 we (myself and husband), bought a Nokia 3 phone at Truworths Canal Walk branch. As we use the phone as part of learning it, we meant to apply a wallpaper (screensaver), the simplest function on any phone, but realised that it does not work. You select the phone you want to set up, select the option "use as wallpaper", then it will appear in a box, not in full that's problem number one. As you apply "done", then go to the home screen, the pic does not reflect in the middle of the screen as it should be, but on the side, showing almost the half of the picture. We tried several times, tried to adjust but it persist. Second problem was that, we downloaded an app "Shareit", which is for sharing information for free instead of a bluetooth. In using this app, this Nokia wants the hotspot be set on, which is weird as the app works fine with other phones. The following day, 27 November 2017, I contacted Nokia support online and spoke to several consultants, explaining the issue but none could help with all options given. I then asked if is there a walk in centre that I could go to, and was given a branch in Montague Gardens. I could not go there, but opted to call the number, ********** as also provided. I spoke to a gentleman who advised me to take back the phone to the store so they can do the settings for me, failing which they can do something OPD (not sure of the name). If that too fails they should change the phone. We went to the store, explained ourselves to the Consultant responsible for phones. He told us for the app issue he cannot help, as it is a third party issue. For the wallpaper issue, he tried it several times, and realised the issue, then subsequently advise that we download a App in order to be able to set up wallpaper the way it should be. We fail to understand that doe Shareit they could not deal with as it is a third party, yet in order to use the phone we must download an App, for such a basic, simple function as setting up a wallpaper. We then advised him that knowing ourselves, we are not into phones, just do basic things on the phones, so what else we will need to first download an App to do? we just cannot do that, therefore if the phone cannot perform as expected and they cannot help with settings, they must take it back we will buy another phone, such as Samsung. There comes a problem. The consultant went to the Store manager to explain, then the Manager (Lynn) later came with the phone to tell us there is nothing wrong with the phone, without even asking us first what was our problem. We asked to apply the wallpaper, she did andrealised the problem. Then she changed the face, as she realised that she could not do it either, perhaps she thought we were not able to do it. The arrogance she treated us with, its something I have never experienced in my life as a customer, she later advised that we download an App in order for the phone to apply wallpaper, because that is not the faulty that the phone cannot perform such a function. How is that a phone can just not be able to apply wallpaper, such a basic and simple function in any phone. The manager just left us there with the consultant without any solution. The woman just showed no interest in trying to help us, but made it clear that she is not giving us another phone. She even said we bought the phone as is, with that function not coming with the phone, so we stay with it, happy or not we bought it, We should have first asked what does it have. Such a basic and simple function how would you even think to ask if it does? We left there not knowing what to do, if the manager could care less like that, I mean a manager for something we paid R2199??
<p>I have on the 21 July 2016 bought a Hentjies Guava Juice at Game Golden Acre in Cape Town for lunch, byt thank to them I could not enjoy my juice after a meal as it was 7 days expeired. BB 07/07/2016 I have bought it on 21/07/2016. Wprse part is the pride and arrogance of the teller who assiste me with the return that its Hentjies fault, but my point is they have packed it in the shelves.</p>
I have been paying my accounts with African Bank and been in arrears, instead of arranging with me to make extra payments towards the arrears, double installment was done without my approval, R6400 extra
