The annoying song that is played (apologies Zolani Mahola!) every time the plane lands shows no-one at Lift is thinking about their marketing strategy. It is an irritating jingle, the sound is always terrible, and it is unnecessary. Also crew announcements generally have terrible feedback and squawking. Otherwise, not a bad airline. I fly twice a week.
Literally the worst airline in SA. From the archaic online checkin process, to the pathetic way the ground crew managed the handling of two wheelchair passengers. Then there was a technical glitch which delayed us by 45mins. And finally over 20 minutes from landing to the terminal building. Never again
ordered nespresso pods, and in spite of the commitment to deliver in 1-2 days, I received my order 5 days later. When I phoned to complain on day 4, I received no subsequent feedback, and the vague system-generated email responses I received showed that Nestle really doesnt care about their customer.
Hopeless experience. From Friday 1-Nov to Tuesday 5-Nov, I was constantly advised that my parcel was arriving "today". The web site looks like it has been written in DOS, and even the "rate our service" section doesn't work. Why Nespresso would select them is beyond me, but no explanation was given for the delay.
Online check-in process is appalling, I was not able to see a seat map and the final result was a PDF mailed to me, as opposed to adding the boarding pass to my wallet. Also I received zero notification from SAA that I had booked a ticket in the first place.
Braai Fire Starters from Woolies are useless, even though purchased recently. Had to use Blitz to light the Woolies product.
I am so sick of getting spam called by MiWay Insurance - if they offered the best service for the lowest cost I wouldn't accept them. Can someone please contact me to explain how they got my cell number, I have never been a customer of theirs
I wish I'd checked hellopeter before booking tickets with them. Quoted price R4k, billed price R8k. Then no ability to check in online without downloading the e-dreams app, which is something I will never do. COMPLETE SCAM
