This is a ****ming business. Do not buy anything from them. Their pricing is too good to be true. They are also known as Factory Event and Catering. I drove to the address listed on their website. IT DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM!! The company Chill Beverages International has their factory shop at 1a George Blake St, Plankenburg, Stellenbosch and has been there for many years. The manager at Chill Beverages said they often get people enquiring about K&M/Factory Event and Catering. Factory Event and Catering also today did not answer at any of their 3 listed phone numbers. They are high end ****mers. I have reported them to SAPS Cybercrime Division

Poor communication and misleading information given by Fastway regarding delivery of a parcel collected from the supplier on 10 September and still not delivered. They said it was out for delivery between 1 and 2 pm. No courtesy call or sms that they cannot deliver as promised. Fastway Couriers: Hi, your parcel 2R0001204778 is out for delivery today. I bought a Fiat 500C Dolchivita in 2021. Recently the windscreen got cracked. To my surprise FIAT South Africa does not stock a windscreen for this high end fully imported model. I was told that once I have paid in advance, it could take 8-10 weeks for delivery. In the mean time the cracked windscreen is making the car not safe to drive. I find this after sales service extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Beware before buying a FIAT
Recently I wanted to change from Medihelp to Keyhealth due to better cover for my two student dependent children. But is has been an absolute nightmare experience with KEYHEALTH. We are very healthy, hasn't been ill for years, scarcely used any benefits. It should have been. So it should have been a straight forward application which should not have taken moore than a week to finalise. After 7 weeks, I still got nowhere with their new business department. Numerous documents were requested and provided. They always have a footnote attached to their correspondence suggesting that everyone that applies are dishonest and need to disclose all illnesses etc. I found that very offensive as I have a 20 year track record were they could get all information they want. I have been with Resolution Health for 15 years then they became Health Squared who went bankrupt in 2022. I then joined Medihelp. After 7 weeks of complying to dozens of idiotic requests from Keyhealth, I finally got notified that we were accepted....conditionally!!!!! We have uninterrupted membership for over 20 years, are healthy, not using chronic medication etc. Yet Keyhealth decided that we : 1. Must have a late joiner penalty!!! 2. 12 month waiting period from certain major cover events!!!!! I really recommend that you stay very far away from considering Keyhealth as they have totally *********** *****s working for them that will waste your precious time for weeks
I have recently ordered a large number of items from takealot and one specific item was not delivered/included in the delivered parcels. I had to wait a full week after placing the order for items that all showed ' in stock'. Unfortunately I needed some items sooner. Never before did I have to wait this long. I wanted to cancel my order but there is no option to cancel. There is also no telephone number anywhere on the App for discussing issues. They refuse to believe me that one item consisting of 4 multiplug wall sockets were not delivered. There again is no option to report a missing item. After a dozen emails they still refused to credit a lousy R359. To me it is the principle that matters. I have ordered goods in excess of R200000 in the last 4 years from Takealot. And it clearly does not matter. I will never order from them again, even if I have to wait longer and pay more.
Company is ridiculous with their assessments for electrical certificate of compliance. Furthermore they quote way above the going rate to repair the 'faults' they found. I recommend you try other service providers
Beware- very quick to get you signed up with decent rates, but ultraslow when you have a claim. I have lodged a claim 10 days ago and still no progress or compensation. Stay away from them!!
After going through official protocol with one calender month notice, Supersonic/MTN still presents the debit order for payment. They do not respond to any email or WhatsApp request to stop debiting or repay fraudulent deduction Beware- just another company with poor service ethics
Very strange customer service- always refusing to allow one to speak to the owner. Technical staff never able after hours to resolve issues. ALWAYS WANT TO BOOK A SERVICE CALL OUT, when their is nothing wrong with the hardware. Peak hour throttling and shaping of feed. Lots of buffering. They think that everybody is a gullible idiot and not tech savvy. Just poor.
