This is the worst ISP I have ever dealt with, I cancelled my Service with them due to bad service and they never made arrangement to collect their route. After about 8 calls and now responses to my messages to them they eventually picked it up. They trying to Claim a Claw back from me and when I inquiry to what is the claw back is for they can not tell me. Now they have handed me to a debt recovery agency even after they are failing to assist me with the enquires
I have had Fiber service with Vox for almost a year with no issues, I decided to take a Fixed LTE service, I had the LTE for Approximately 6 months and due to Situation changes a had to cancel it. When cancelling the Service on the 7th Feb 2022 I was informed that due to having to give a months notice the Cancellation could only be done on the 1st April. I would also have to pay a Collection fee for the Router, Which I agreed to pay the collection only to find on the 13th of Feb that they are billing me for a Collection which would only happen after the cancellation date. I queried this only to be told they can not change this. Due to this Terrible Incident I am now also cancelling my Fiber all because they would not assist with fixing the Billing issue.
This company has the worst Customer services that I have ever dealt with. I cancelled my service with them and a agent requested I send the Fiber router back to them, which i did. The delivery was turned away from their Offices with the feedback they do not accept deliveries due to COVID. When contacting the customer service I was informed they need to arrange Pickup of the router. This was in January, I since then contacted their customer service numerous times and keep getting the message they have escalated it for pickup and no surprise they do not keep their word. To top it all off they want to claw back the costs from me.
I cancelled ADSL to UPGRADE to Fibre but telkom never cancelled the Line now they are claiming Money from me for their ***** up. I have logged several call with them and the problem still have not been resolved. Going on 4 months now.
<p>I need a car and since I stayed in durban i sent my Folks to check a car at the cars sales. Once a suitable car was found I paided for the car. The sales person made promises to fix various small issues on the car and give me a 6 month Warranty on the car. Upon fecthing the car they said everything I need is in the car including the wheel spanners the saleman had put it in the car himself this was on a thursday. That saturday I had a puncture and need to put on the spare only to find there is no wheel spanner and since the car had mags on the Unique tool was not in the car. I t cost me money to Uber to a spares store to get the tools and change the wheel. They had promised to refund me but regardless of the numerous calls the still have not done this.However I have to take leave from work to drive to PTA and leave the car with them. After 3 days only 1 of the 6 issues was resolved, they excuss. Not even dealers would cover the other issues. So what it comes down to is i will never purchase a car from them again and i feel they are not to trusted. I am located in durban so I have do the Licensing myself it is around 4 weeks since I purchased the car and only now received the necessary change of ownership to do so. In the mean time all tempary permits have already Exspired.</p>
<p>I Lodged a request on a website, I was looking for a Gearbox for a Lexus. V Toy called me saying they have one they even confirmed it was for the same model of car. I called Lexus and Confirmed All 2007 till 2010 Model used the same Automatic gearboxes. I sent someone to pay and collect the gearbox. Paid shipping to durban. Once My car went in for the gearbox to be installed they found that the wrong gearbox has been supplied. I called them They said I must send pics of the old gearbox and they will get it and ship it. I was forced to rent a car for the time been so I could get to work. It has been 6 days and I still have not received the new gearbox there is not haste in them resolving the issue. I would not recmmend anyone doing business with this company.</p>
<p>Firstly My telkom line went down I waited 3 weeks for the to repair and they still never repaired it even after Numerous Escalation with telkom. By the time they wanted to repair, it was time for me to relocate to KZN. So I had to Log a relocation call. It has been 2 weeks so far and not even a call from them to come install .I spoke to the call center and they said the Appointment to install was the 12th december and they missed it. <em> I have now been almost 2 months with out any line. So Disgusting for a comunications company to not even know how to Communicate with their Customers. Seem like their Technical Guys don't Care one bit.</em></p>
<p>So if you want insurance and need service I would not Advise going with FNB. I was Unfortuantly one of the Unlucky People who Had to drive home in the middle of the Gauteng Floods. Due to that! Damage has been done to my Car Body wise and there are symptoms Of Mechcanical damage. I lodged the claim with FNB and Filled in the paper work. It took about 3 weeks for the accessor to to the car. When they checked They were not at all concerned about Mechanical. Only Body. So it has now been 5 weeks and even with the noumerous Calls, Escaltions with FNB and promises to call me Back I am still waiting for any feed back. </p>
<p>After Afriworld confirmed they received the final payment to ensure delivery we received a text message 4 hours later stating there has been a delay since the PREVIOUS night (we were not informed till then) After we expressed our annoyance with this we were met by attitude and a dont care attitude. We had to proceed sleeping in an empty apartment for 2 nights. days we both took off specifically for the move.</p> <p>Today we were called up asking how they should drive to get to our place (clearly NO research has gone into this) when the drivers arrived they had to stop across the street as the parking infront of the apartment was occupied. a person from Afriworld offices contacted us advising that they now have to hire a shuttle service to collect the furniture from across the road and deliver it to the OTHER side of the road. a total 5 meters! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! Me and Wayne put our backs into it and carried the items the 5 meters over the road and had them carry it up to the apartment.</p> <p>PLEASE I beg you do NOT make the same mistake as we did, the reviews written about this company are not lies, we've lived through it in this already traumatic time. NO ONE should go through something like this when they moving and more so moving away from everyone they know and love.</p> <p>To the owners of Afriworld Removals, trusting your company has proved to be the biggest mistake we've made in our entire lives you can bet your bottom dollar we nor anyone we know or anyone my story can reach will ever EVER use you again! You are nothing but money hungry charlatans....</p> <p>To all my friends and family, please share this post so we can ensure no one we care about goes through the same as we have with this terrible terrible company...</p>
