Good day, Last month, I ordered a Wi-Fi router for R708. Two days after receiving my order, Skynet attempted to deliver another order, which I refused. I explained to the delivery person that I had not ordered a second router and did not sign for it. I contacted your ***** department and informed them I did not initiate a second order. However, today I received a bill indicating that I am being charged R1500 for two routers, despite not activating the second router that was *****ulently ordered. I would like to request a call recording related to the second order, as I need to identify who ordered and activated it. If I do not receive this information, I will escalate the matter with my legal team. I would like to know your process, how do you charge for a package that was never delivered?
This company is very bad...They have to many customers and because of that they do not care about their customers. I ordered a router and Simard which I received in December 2024, but the router never worked. It was a mission to speak to anyone to assist me. The customer service agents are not willing to help customers. I was informed the router is faulty and they WILL arrange for collection and cancel the contract. It has been more than three weeks since the router was collected, and my contract is still not canceled. I have sent three emails to their complaints department to find out my contract is still not cancelled and still no feedback and they are still attempting to collect money from my account for something I have never used.
I phoned them on Monday 13th Jan to request for an E-wallet to be reversed since it was already more than 10 days and I could not reverse it on the app. I was advised it will up to 48 hours for me to receive the payment in my account how've that was not done. I received an email from Naomi Kekana informing me the. The funds have reversed on the same day. The still not in my account after 49 hours, I called again your customer care only to be told the money was not reversed. I was in formed by a gentleman I spoke to that he is only doing it at that which I now have to wait for another 48 hours.
I have 2 lines with Vodacom on a contract, I contacted them to activate the caller ID on both lines and I was told I have to pay a fee for that. It appears this was only done on 1 line. I contacted customer care again to check was the other line had not been done, I was informed it had been done, and I must give it some time. It has been over 24 hours and yet the caller ID still has not been set up on the other line. I switched off my phone and on three times already, removed the sim from the phone and I did a manual network selection but still not working.
I ordered food around 7 pm today. The deliver guy by the name of Linodi tried to deliver a wrong order to me. I refused to take order from him as it was not mine. The driver informed me that he will go back to the store to exchange the order as he was given the wrong order. The driver never came back with my food. I called the call centre, the service was very bad, the did not want to assist. I was informed I need to log a complaint with Uber eats because they gave the driver the correct order, the driver is the one that mixed up the orders with someone else's.
I took a sim only data package with MTN. From point is sale I have issues with Feb agent that was assisting me. I spoke to an agent by the name of Siphokuhle Sibiya who captured my information incorrectly, she captured my address and my surname name incorrectly even after multiple times I informed her to fix it but it was not fixed. I received my order on Monday 23rd December. I have been having issues activation the simcard. Spoke to the activation department who informed me that the issue has been escalated to the relevant department to resolve it and yet after 72 hours is still not resolved. I attempted to cancel the contract, I was transferred to all the departments and yet no one seams to be ble to help me, in all this distress that I am facing, you have sent me an SMS saying you are debiting my account tomorrow and yet I have not even used your services. NO ONE SEAMS TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING IN EVERY DEPARTMENT.
My name of Kebawetse Leah Tserema. I took a sim only deal yesterday with one of the sales agents by the name of Siphokuhle Sibiya. The agent captured my surname incorrectly and address. My surname is Tserema not Serema.My correct address is 123 waterval, Newlands, Johannesburg 2092. she captured cape town meaning my order will be delivered to the wrong address.
I had a contract with blue lable which I finished paying last month. After I finished paying the contract I requested for the contract to be canceled and for the debi check to be canceled. I emailed the company to confirm cancellation of my contract and one of the agents responded my email and confirmed that I have finished paying the contract off and I will no longer be debited. To my suprise there is a debit order that went out of my account yesterday. I called the call centre spoke to agent called sibusiso and his manager called Sawanan, I emailed the manager the email I received previously which confirms that I have finished paying off the contract, he said he will come back to me yesterday but still nothing. I need my money to be refunded I no longer owe you for the contract please.......terrible terrible service. I would not recommend anyone to take a cellphone contract with them.
I am a customer of FNB. Last month I was *****ed money in my account and I logged a ***** case with fnb, no one has gotten back to me to let me know whether I will get money back or not. I called your credit card ***** department today to follow up on my case and I held on the line for an hour waiting for the phone to be answered, then the phone was dropped. Your slogan says how can we help yet your customers are not getting the help they need. You need to change your slogan to don't contact us cause you are not willing to assist your customers.
