My contract expired in Sept/Oct 2015 and to date MTN is still debiting my account. I have phoned in numerous times and initially i was told that even if its expired a must still send a letter to cancel which i did in Oct but still 4 months later i am still being billed switch has resulted in me having RDs in my account . Please may i have my refund and please stop debiting money.
i heard on the news that the company was in trouble but raising money from consumers is plain cruel. My airtime keeps disappearing even when my phone is off. 3days ago i had more than a gig data and R100 airtime and this morning i have nothing. My usage changed from 1gig per 5/6weeks to 1 gig every 4days, maybe a week if i am lucky and that is with the very same phone and apps. I cant work for data but if i have to buy R160/gig every week the what am i to eat. Please normalize your billing system as i am now regretting sticking with MTN since 2003. I should have ported when everyone was doing it.
