Poor delivery experience- courier guy acting for Amazon indicated delivery on Saturday afternoon. Never arrived despite my wife waiting at home all day Shown as delivered by Amazon When queried today Monday was told by the agent that could only provide a voucher or refund for the item When I indicated that I wanted the item and to please investigate was told it would take 48 to 72 hours for the transport team to investigate! Clearly better to use Takealot which is a lot more reliable!
Very poor service from Investec Had to call 3 times each time took an extended time due to “high call volumes “ Tried to phone my private banker but unavailable- I’ve never actually spoken to this person although I’ve tried to make contact a couple of times over the last two years I added my Investec card on Apple Pay to a new IPad which worked fairly well However my wife’s secondary card which was only added a few weeks ago was then removed off her phone for some reason and couldn’t be reactivated as she couldn’t be authenticated due to an email address on the Investec system which is different to hers - unclear what email address they have as this isn’t available on the app and also wasn’t an issue a few weeks ago Now the issue has been escalated to the elusive banker Really poor customer service from Investec which is supposed to provide a premium service

Very poor service from Ucount. Ordered a new card 3 weeks ago. A few days later I was contacted by the call centre to say that the address was invalid - per the agent this was due to no space between the street name and the word street Followed up 2 weeks later and told there were general delays with the courier and they would need to follow up with the courier which would take 5 to 7 working days I told them to cancel and refund the fee charges - apparently this also takes 5 to 7 working days Ucount is a good programme but this was really a poor experience

Really poor from dischem online. I made an online order yesterday for delivery to myself. When I received the email notification it indicated delivery to my father ( for whom I ordered previously) in Gqeberha. I phoned the call centre and after a very long wait of about 15 minutes was put through to the Gqeberha branch and then gave them my correct address and they indicated that they would change it Today I received a mail with delivery still to my father but from the Somerset West branch ( I live on the west coast) Ir really isn’t worth the effort of online ordering with Dischem. Last time I ordered for myself the order took more than a week because they were out of stock even though the supposedly online website indicated availability They are really damaging their brand with poor online service
Excellent service in receiving my motor car license renewal. Ordered on Saturday and delivered Monday morning in Paternoster. Much more convenient than queuing for a renewal for R90 for delivery
Very poor at Cape Town international. Both lounges full with a long queue outside. Basically a waste of time. No one took the trouble to say that the lounges were full either. Clearly have taken on more than they can cope with. I trust the businesses supporting them will take note - not a good way to please your customers
Sadly I can’t give zero stars. Very poor customer service from Coricraft (2nd time, I assumed the previous time was a once off but unfortunately not) I was promised a delivery for 4-5 weeks after paying for items on 30 September I followed up after 5 weeks and was told the items would be completed by end of week and I would be phoned by customer service that day 8 November to arrange delivery Phoned customer service directly on Monday and after being promised a reply by Bianca in customer service eventually followed up again and was eventually put through to a manager called Claudette She then indicated that the items would only be completed by Wednesday this week 13 November ie 6 weeks after payment but a delivery date couldn’t be confirmed until the items were completed for delivery Needless to say I won’t be buying from Coricraft again - has really gone downhill in recent years
