Spur of the moment, I traded in my vehicle at WeBuyCars and had to quickly get cover for the new vehicle. Our broker is closed today so I called Momentum directly and was transferred to Meshen Chetty - what a friendly guy that helped me to remove and add a new vehicle and update our policy!!! 10 out of 10 Meshen - was really a pleasure to work with you!

In August 2020 we had an accident where the other party drove into our vehicle - our claim was handled quickly and efficiently and the vehicle repaired in no time. The claim was then handed over to the Legal team and RHULANI KHOZA was a STAR!!!! She immediately made payment arrangements with the other party to refund our excess amount! This morning the payment was made into my account!! She kept me informed and updated at all times!! THANK YOU RHULANI - YOU ARE A LEGAL EAGLE SUPERSTAR!!!
WOW! What a pain free, effortless, awesome experience we had a CMH Honda Menlyn. We were looking to purchase a 7+ seater vehicle and found an awesome car through Honda. Cybry Maibelo greeted us at the door and from there on out we were treated like royalty. The entire purchase process was effortless and painfree and Cybry went out of his way to keep us continually updated and informed! <p>Vodacom sends me a message telling me it is time for an upgrade! Fantastic, I go through all the motions, as per previous upgrades... Yet no one informs you prior to the upgrade that you will be paying for your old handset AND the new handset!? What on earth is the point of me upgrading then - and WHY WOULD YOU AS VODACOM request your customers to upgrade... oh right, to make more money!! I have been with Vodacom for many years now and been through a few upgrades- never have I been charged for both my devices!?! This is ridiculous??? Please can someone urgently contact me to sort this matter out!!!</p>
<p>WOW... I have always been a great advocate for Vodacom and the service I have received... but after the service that my father has received (or rather, the service he HAS NOT received...) I am strongly considering to change my view of Vodacom!!</p> <p> </p> <p>My father went in over 2 weeks ago to do an upgrade, paid all the money that was necessary. Vodacom advised him that the sim swap would take 2-4 hours... The following Friday - NOTHING!</p> <p><br /> He returned to the Vodashop that Friday and they stated that they did experience similar problems from 4 other upgrades from that weekend... they reviewed his till slip, went onto the system, noted that there were IT issues but that it would be fixed...</p> <p><br /> As of today - STILL ABSOLUTELY NOTHING... so he has been sitting with a brand new phone - that is not working and no sense of urgency from Vodacom...</p> <p><br /> No phone calls, as Vodacom promised they would phone him and further sort out the matter!! (hmm, promises not kept!? great customer service!)</p> <p> </p> <p>Now he will have to go into a Vodashop AGAIN, at his cost, in his own time, he is spending data, AND - what about the fabulous 10GB free data for the first month of your upgrade - 2 weeks into his upgrade period, no upgrade and also no 10GB free data.... that is probably also just going to quietly disappear hey Vodacom??</p> <p><br /> THIS IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!!!</p>
Just a big THANK YOU to Lucas who assisted me on Saturday morning. My decoder kept displaying some or other error and I had no clue what to do as nothing was even reflecting on the TV screen. I called, and surprisingly got through to Lucas very quickly! He then took me through step for step what I had to do, patiently waited whilst I had to plug out cables and put them back in. You could hear the smile and friendliness in his voice! Lucas - THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Call centers need more staff that are as friendly, helpful and efficient as you are!!!
