tops! at SPAR-Bel Air I would like to address the disgusting way my son Jason was treated at Bellairs Spar on New Years Day. We had purchased a bottle of Lionista Tequila as a treat for our New Years Celebration. We poured 4 shots and the bottle went into the fridge. When pouring round two, we noticed some dark brown floaters in the bottle. We decided to return it to the store. Jason was confronted aggressively by Scelo the security guard who was clearly inebreated. Jason then asked to see the manager. Calesh arrived and accused Jason of tampering with said bottle and because it had been opened he couldnt do anything about it. He had also clearly been drinking based on the alcoholic fumes coming off him. Jason then decided to rather address this with the HR Manager who was helpful and assured us she would forward our complaint to Head Office and get back to us. All while jason was being verbally atracked by Calesh! We are still waiting and you cannot get hold of anyone on the phone at Spar to resolve this, so i feel this is my only option. I am disgusted by the lack of customer service and their bullying tactics. Im sure Leonista would not be happy to see their customers treated this way. As you can see in the pictures the brown floaters are not obvious at first.

funds allocated to wrong account led to cancellation of phones. 10 month problem has lead to an excessive phone bill. of which vodacom want us to pay although the sim cards have been terminated. Once taken over from Nashua Mobile caller ids where taken off. And then phones terminated for a month. Once reinstated. The contracts had no call limit. and there was no data alocated to the numbers. We have sent vodacom email after email and spend countless hours on the phone to call centers with people who DO NOT HELP. Instead all it is.. is bad manners and rudeness. aswell as incompetence. We pay for a service. and for a contract. Vodacom has not adhered to the terms of the contract that we agreed upon. as such we will not be paying vodacom for their mistake. Vodacom is now pending legal action against us for no payment. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. We have offered to pay the amounts for the original contracts. but we will not pay for unauthorised billing.
