Constantly disconnected.. Feels like I'm back with Telkom with this service. I've been a client for almost 50 months, yet every night and day I find myself using my phone's data because my line is down yet again.. It's clearly time to switch to other provider that may just care a little more about keeping clients. Please give me a reason to stay with you?
I'm writing this knowing full well that Forever Resorts won't bother to respond, however, people need to know how useless the franchise actually is.. Over Easter Weekend I went camping with my family in Swadini. One evening I decided to take a drive to the restaurant and order 5 large pizza's. One of which, was meant to be a Vegetarian (Mixed peppers, mushroom, pineapple & tomato). When I received the pizza's and went back to camp I noticed the one pizza had green beans, carrots, and sweetcorn on it?? I'm certain I never asked for a tortoise pizza? How do you make a pizza that wasn't even on your menu??! I received some of the worst customer service from the restaurant staff, obviously too lazy to deal with this. Definitely staying far away from all Forever Resorts in the future, and i'll be telling every person I know to do the same.
Extremely please with Fedheath's service regarding procedures that I needed. They were able to give authorization within a day. Much better to deal with than the likes of Discovery. Keep it up!
<p>How do I begin to explain how much of a joke this "resort" is.. </p> <p>On our first night's stay, I accidently cut into my finger (due to terrible lighting because I only brought a 50m extension lead with me, instead of the required 100m cords - since their electric boxes are so far apart). Nevertheless, whilst attempting to sleep, I began to develop intense pain and therefore woke my girlfriend up and told her we should find a nearby hospital and have this checked out. Upon leaving the premises, we found that there would be no staff to open any of the two gates to exit. After phoning around 14 times, the ower (moody and awful) finally opened for us but mentioned very clearly that she would NOT be able to open for us again when we return (which would be around 4:30am). <br /><br />I can completely understand that people require their beauty rest, however if there is an emergency at YOUR resort, perhaps you could forfeit 5min of sleep in order to press a button and open a gate.<br /><br />Nonetheless, my girlfriend and I spend 3 hours in the parking lot of a hospital - waiting till 7am so that we could get back into the "resort". Without a single apology from the owner, we noticed further issues arise as we continued with our stay.<br /><br />This "resort" ruined my girlfriend's Birthday. I will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know of the absolutely terrible experience we suffered. I sincerly hope that business is lost in the coming months.<br /><br />Thanks, for absolutely nothing.</p>
<p>I got my Discovery medical aid a couple months ago because I travel a lot and i'm worried about accidents. I'm on the Smart Plan, which has a network of doctors (Listed on their website). Yet now i'd like to visit the doctor about a health issue i'm concerned about and 6 of the doctors listed on their website claim NOT to be a part of their network.. I have gone to 4 doctors office only to be told i'm wrong and they DO NOT accept the Smart Plan. Emails to Discovery are a futile attempt and a waste of my time.. Definitely time to switch to a new medical aid</p>
